One of the best write ups for the general public about BJJ that I've seen in a long time.

Easily one of the top facilities in the midwest. Three of the top blackbelts in Michigan on the mat at any given time, a world class judo instructor, and dozens of other great teachers. Love it here!

As far as an introduction goes, I'm from Michigan, but travel all over. I have a brown belt with three stripes in BJJ and a brown belt in Judo. I work with a few black belts on a blog at http://www.Couch2Cage.com

The single leg doesn't have to be hard. Here's an incredibly minimalist setup to a single leg for those of us that aren't 21 anymore...

I started working out at CrossFit Forgiven at their first location about two years ago. This is the first fitness facility I've ever belonged to where everyone is treated like family. Brent, Ray and the other trainers really know their stuff and that shows because for the first time in over ten years after a lifetime of wear and tear, I am 100% injury free. They are very good with beginners and can still manage to train people as advanced as professional athletes effectively.

Hidden gem just outside of downtown Plymouth. Nico and Vali is a great place to have a small dinner or lunch. Relaxed atmosphere and great food!

Roast is my go to when I'm in the mood for a great steak. The service isn't the best, but the atmosphere and food make up for it. Great appetizers! You can't really go wrong here.

I just purchased my first home through Quicken Loans, and it couldn't have been a better experience. They truly made this as effortless as possible to lock in at a low rate and close fast. Becoming preapproved for the loan was a game changer. Thank you!

Melange is easily my favorite fine dining restaurant in Ann Arbor. They have a great atmosphere, variety of flavors, and staff. Recommendations: duck nachos, sushi, and any of their wine selection. They offer a fantastic catering service as well. Check it out!
