After pregnancy, a new mom's skin may change. Stretch marks, new wrinkles and melasma are common. We are currently carrying out an uncensored micro needling experiement, to evaluate this non-invasive, (but painful) way  improve skin quality. Here I write about the first treatment:

Herbs used to increase or decrease breast milk supply - do they really work? Well, actually, yes they do! At least some do. In this new article, I have compiled what research says about herbs that affect milk supply in different ways and also herbs that absolutely should be avoided because they can really harm the baby.

Do you wear your baby? Babywearing is getting more popular and - I guess - less "alternative". And it is practical. At least if you can get your baby to like it. My daughter hated the sling, but loved her baby carrier, my son loved both, but loved his stroller even more - he was a sleepy little guy.

I just shared my review of (one of the very few) ebooks I actually think are worth buying. It is about taking good pictures of babies, and at least I find that quite difficult. This book really helps!

What is the weirdest pregnancy myth you know? There are many - like not eating fruits while pregnant will result in a dirty baby being born. Or eat cheese during pregnancy and your baby will suffer from cradle cap. In this new article, we've taken a deeper look at the origins of some of the more common pregnancy myths and as well as on if there is any research supporting the myths.

How do you feel about your post pregnancy body? I know I sure didn't recognise mine! Looking pregnant way after giving birth, bleeding for the longest time, being sore, the linea nigra that just stayed on... Things do improve, but it can take time - and it is natural.
