A little more  #Forage  love from TechCrunch
San Francisco is a great town for foodies and Forage, the brainchild of Foodzie founders Rob and Emily LaFave has emerged as an option for those who want to..

For now, I'm putting everyone in my "Friends" circle until I figure out whether this is going to gain enough traction to justify me categorizing everyone. I'm already pretty comfortable with everything I publish on social networks being public, otherwise I just use email! The one benefit of circles I see is the ability to stop bombarding my non-tech friends with my tech news... Of course, none of those friends are on Google Plus yet, so whatever. :)

Marc: you could put someone in more than one circle if you'd like - go to their profile and hover over the name of the circle they're currently in - under their name, then check each circle you'd like them to be a part of.

The way I see it, if I organize now I won't have to later!

It's been a while coming but WebPagetest 2.6 for private installs is now available: http://www.webpagetest.org/forums/showthread.php?tid=10651

By far, the biggest reason to pick it up is that it fixes issues with recent Chrome and Firefox builds but there are a lot of smaller improvements in there as well.

You'll also need the 2.6 release if you want to use the new EC2 AMI's (IE9/Chrome/Firefox all on the same instance)
I'm happy to announce the latest release for Private installs: https://sites.google.com/a/webpagetest.o...getest-2-6. The biggest changes/improvements: - Fixes to support recent Chrome and Firefox...

Introduction

Hi, I’m Josh Fraser. I’m a entrepreneur and have founded three companies so far. I fully expect to spend the rest of my life working to make the internet better.

I co-founded Torbit, which offers web performance measurement, analytics and optimization. I recently left that company.

Before Torbit, I co-founded EventVue, which provided tools to help conference organizers build community and market their events online. EventVue was part of the TechStars startup incubator in Boulder in 2007.

I graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a BS in computer science. I started this blog as a way to share what I am learning with the rest of the world. I’m a huge believer in open-source software and have contributed to several projects like PubSubHubbub.

I love public speaking and have been privileged to give talks at The Ajax ExperienceVelocity conferenceIgnite Boulder and other events.

I’m a big believer in the power of mentorship. I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by many wise mentors and am honored to mentor others through two of the TechStars programs — TechStars Cloud in San Antonio, TX and The Next Big Thing in Greenville, SC (which is part of the TechStars network).

I grew up in Scotland and have dual citizenship. I love rock climbing and spending time outdoors. I currently live in Mountain View, CA and plan to see the world from outer space one day.
