A small update (v1.09) is rolling out shortly with 2 brand new glyphs and a whole set of new sequences, thanks to the tireless efforts of +Adam Gilmore, +Cade Roux+Matthias Knorre and the many others who have submitted information.

This brings the total to 131 known individual glyphs and 383 known sequences that have at least two glyphs. The sequence timing has also been tweaked so that you can see the glyphs for slightly longer before you have to draw them.

Coming in the next update after that: support for difficulty settings (easier-to-hit dots, more time to see the glyphs and more time to draw them) and a setting to control the length of the glyph sequences you can practise.

We are pleased to announce that version 1.07 has just been pushed to the Play Store and will start becoming available in about an hour!

New in this version:
 • New modes: sequence simulation and glyph lookup. Check out the Settings menu to choose them!
 • No longer asks you to sign into Play Games on startup if you haven't chosen an account (see Settings to sign in later)
 • Auto-advance to next glyph
 • Setting for two-stage hints (just the dots then the lines)
 • Many bugfixes

Coming soon:
 • UI refresh
 • Reduced-difficulty option
 • Leaderboards and achievements for sequence mode
 • Option to select sequence lengths
 • More sequences!

This is a staged release, which means it will be slowly rolling out to more and more people throughout the day. If you don't get it at first, don't worry! We want to make sure everyone gets a great experience.

Thank you for your patience. Sequences will be ready very soon...

For those of you asking: yes, this is a legitimate campaign, and I'm very honored that someone would set up something like this.

Oh, and look out for a major app update in the next day or two...

Before everyone could receive v1.05, I had reports of a crash on the Nexus 10 (and other large tablets) when using the Settings menu. I'm therefore immediately releasing v1.06 to fix this.

Please let me know if there are any further problems. I don't have a 10" tablet of my own to test with, but it seems to be fixed now.

Version 1.05 has been published to Play, and should start being available in the next hour or two.

It turns out that the multi-glyph sequences are taking longer than I expected, so I thought I'd give you some competition with friends: there's now Google Play Games integration, and a leaderboard. Who can get the most glyphs right?

A simulation of the multi-glyph minigame is on the way though, and hopefully soon!

Version 1.04 has just been released to the Play Store, and should be available in an hour or two.

New in this version:
 • Settings! Turn off vibration, and only show the glyph name before you have to draw it
 • Trimmed the set of glyphs and translations to just those that appear in Ingress
 • Preparation for glyph sequences

Tip: you can draw any glyph on the grid at any time to see its translation(s).
