11 October, 2015 - Where did the time go?

It's been almost 2 years, since I offered areas for improvement to Bell Mobilty senior executives about a system failure that removed features from my long-term plan, contrary to statements (made as recently as this month) by their Bell Support staff, and there has been no attempt to resolve, restore, or compensate for their mistake.

I certainly tried, I spent hundreds of hours this year (many in the past on the phone with a Bell senior executive who makes final choices for the entire #BellMobility  company), trying to get my plan restored, and I wanted to be able to activate my wife's phone, (still unused), because without correcting the defect that exists in Bell's system, all other customers might also be affected. 

#CustomerExperience : I did find that rather shocking, I mean, I was sure I was just informing them of a clerical error, but it cost me my loyalty, my plan, and my expense for BELL Smartphones (LOCKED) because one has still not been activated (my wife's matching smartphone) after I realized that Bell intended to repeat their mistake, and would do it to her plan also, if we switched. So, besides my loss, it is hers too, and everyone else. 

I continue to do whatever I can, to alert people of this problem

OVER A YEAR NOW, never an attempt by Bell to reach out or resolve, but hundreds more stories, screen captures, lawsuits, fines, bad conduct and #CustomerService  and #CustomerExperience  stories added over the year.

2015:
UPDATES  *Bell hides Code of Business Conduct from public view* 
No one was following it anyway, but I have a copy, and excerpts of the policy that George Cope admonished to all employees at all levels within BCE / Bell corporations. A senior executive with Bell Mobility, Brian B. was the one that pointed a finger at the smallest person in the list and blamed them for the company error. That's against the #Ethical  status that the CEO expects of each employee, so, why is he still employed if he is damaging the company image without authority? Or does his actions reflect on the quality of the whole company. 

2014:
Bell removes customer feedback page from #Facebook  to avoid negative #CustomerService  Comments. Now they don't have to delete them, they simply don't allow any #Customer  critiques of their less than stellar services.

REACH OUT TO THE #ADVERTISERS !

Well, the Commissioner for Telecommunication Complaints has wrapped up their case:  Bell admits fault, decides they are not in a contract like customers, and after 1000 personal Man-hours, and CCTS and BBB and CRTC and other man-hours excluded, they offer for their neglect, and failure to communicate, a restitution value of $25.

WOULD YOU ACCEPT THAT, AFTER WHAT I WENT THROUGH?

Of course, that is about what the company pays Brian to stonewall each hour, that they can continue to wear down the customer.

Shame and Lawsuits are the only way to deal with #BellCanada  They simply REFUSE to accept responsibility for mistakes, have the worst #CustomerService  record among the #telecommunications  companies, and perhaps the sudden PRICE INCREASES and surprises are due to $Bell shareholder concerns as they cannot continue to turn a profit while facing a mass exodus of loyal #Bell    customers, degraded service in #BellMobility   #BellFiberOp  and basically, every subsidiary of their #BCE  company holdings. They have a Code Of Conduct that all employees are admonished to follow, but watch how quick they are to point fingers at one another, when you try to get to the top. Outsourcing work outside Canada, violating or misleading the plans they signed on to, while holding customers accountable months after termination. 
I never heard from a Customer Retention person, but am gradually down-sizing my need for Bell and continuing to collect the horror stories from those who feel they were mislead, defrauded or mistreated by the Largest Telecommunication company in #Canada  

I’m just a retired veteran, caring for a disabled wife, lost my communication through no fault of my own, and when my mom spend the night in Emergency, no relative or friend could get in touch with me due to the lost feature that Bell Canada’s Customer Relations Manager is refusing to give me back:  My basic Call Display, that always existed on my plan. ( Corporate #Bullying  ) This has caused quite the hardship and stress, lost sleep, countless hours.

All the way through regulators, BBB, to Executive Office, I am now denied basic Customer Service on this matter with Bell Aliant (with whom I pay my bundle) #CRTC   #Telecommunication  

16 December 2013, I paid $17.25 to swap my Cellular Phone (A simple ESN change) at the Bell Aliant store, 8753 (Bedford Commons), Nova Scotia
( imagine, long-time loyal customer paying to stay with them? )

Bell Mobility took away my Call Display, part of the grandfathered legacy plan they accepted when they bought out Bell Aliant.

So, I was looking at the CODE OF CONDUCT that CEO, George Cope set out for all employees, from Executive Office, to the subsidiaries, and found the blame-game to be more than I could take.

He said/she said, no one making whole what they took away, without my knowledge (or their employee's knowledge) and without my consent, and in compensation, offered to sell me a NEW PLAN at a remarkable price just slightly higher than the competition! 
Guess where I am today? New #Mobility  carrier, after 20 years, I decided if my #Loyalty  wasn't worth 8 bucks (nothing to the company) than Bell Canada was not the company to do business with.

Bell Canada is too petty to correct their mistake, I must give in, or do without the service for which I pay.

UNKNOWN TO MOST SHAREHOLDERS, CUSTOMERS and the GENERAL PUBLIC, Bell is currently in court for lawsuits up to 1.6 Billion dollars. That is a lot of Customer money wasted to defend a history of poor ethics and bad decisions.
