Hi everyone! Just talking to +Nancy Minicozzi about GEG SoCal! I'm in Ventura County, nicely between SoCal and Central Cal. Currently on brain overload from CUE and heading home.

That's right... My word is cheery. There is a story behind it: the day after Christmas, my husband and I were on our Sat morning coffee date and we stopped at the drug store to get batteries for one of the kid's gifts. We were in line and a familiar song came on. We both sang the chorus in a cheesy way, and realized the guy behind us was singing too. We all laughed and the guy said "too f'ing cheery..." And I realized, that is pretty much my goal for 2016. Too f'ing cheery.

Not that I don't want to plan and set goals and focus and be intentional. I do. And I want to be better than I was yesterday. But I will be cheery start to finish. Easy on the outside for me, harder inside my head.

Thanks #TOSAchat peeps!

Do you Kahoot!? Review Game post
How many times do teachers tell students to study?  Or have parent conferences that include comments such as "if s/he would just study more to learn the content..."  The truth is, from my experience, many students don't really know how to study.  But, of co...
