I am not one to use a online forum to express my negative opinion of a business because I don't really think it is fair to the business. In this case I will make a exception because I have had multiple bad experiences with this company and shame on me for trying to stay local. I brought my lawn mower to All Seasons 3 years ago for a intermittent running and stopping concern. I told them I had ruled out the spark plug and tune up because I had already done them. After four weeks and $200 later they told me everything was fine and they replaced the spark plug again changed the oil and it was running fine. I brought it home and of course the problem was still happening. So I returned 10 minutes later to them and they were able to figure out that all it needed was a gasket in the gas cap. 4 weeks I waited for a 1 min repair and a $200 bill of things I did not need. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I returned for another repair 6 weeks ago on the same mower. The self propel was not working so when I arrived I told them what the problem was and the owner told me it need a transmission and it would take 2 weeks I said ok. After 3 weeks I had to drive up there because know one there could find my ticket and return my call to tell me what was going on. Their posted hours were that they get there at 8:30 so I arrived and 8:15 figuring the early bird gets the worm. Well to my surprise they got there at 8:50 not such a surprise at this point. Well the owner found my ticket and said it was next in line to be worked on and they would call me later that day to let me know the final cost. Three days went by before I heard from someone only to tell me the same thing the told me on day one the transmission was broken and it would cost $200-$230 to fix. I told them to go ahead with the repair and asked how long it would take to fix they told me 3 days at this point. 10 more days went by before I called them again only to find out the part still was not there yet. I decided at that point to call around to see if anyone else could do the work and would you believe that another company said they had the part in stock and they could have it back to me in 2 days. So I called All seasons back to tell them I would like to pick up my mower at which they told me low and behold my part just got there and my mower would be ready in the morning. I told them I would prefer to have the other company work on the mower because I had lost their trust and would like my deposit back. They told me ok and I thought that would be it. 2 hours later I received a called from them that said I need to come and get it before they close because they need the space. You would think that after it being there for almost 6 weeks the space would not have been that important. I went to pick it up and was told I could not get my deposit back because they look at it. Which was untrue because the owner omitted his diagnose was just based on what I told him. I have since had it fixed somewhere else for $50 less in just 1 day. Do yourself a favor and find someone else I did.

I had EDF Concrete out to the house to work on a small driveway additon. While they where there, it happen to be at time we were installing a new basketball hope. Without hesitation the owner said that it would be no problem to install the concrete for it at no addional charge and they could do it right away. I was ready to pay and even ready to wait to get a list to get it done. Since that one time I have had them do work at the company I work for and recommended them to work for several friends. These are the kind of guys that I want to do business with all of the time. Thanks EDF you bring new meaning to the words customer service.
