I bought tickets for the Off-Road tour and when I arrived at the Alpine Adventures, I was told that the tour is canceled due to the fact that the truck got stuck in snow. The representative of Alpine Adventures said it is not their fault but that it is weather's fault. Seriously? If there is too much snow then why not cancel it with an advance so I do not waste 6 hours for driving. If they decided to go with the tour, then it means the weather is permitting and it IS their fault (the driver's) for canceling the tour. They should treat their customers with respect and not say "It is not our fault, you can get refund or gift certificate for the value of the tour"...

I was in a group of GREAT people that I didn't know, by the end I wish we would have exchanged numbers they were soooooo nice!!! You really become close with the people within your group between the bumpy ride up and the zipping down the mountain!! JUST AMAZING!! The best feeling I have ever had in my life!!! I screamed every line!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOOOO FUN!!

Have gone zip lining twice at AA now, and had a terrific experience both times. Staff is professional and friendly. Will admit that my most recent trip started badly - I was a couple pounds over their weight limit for the more extreme adventure. Pretty frustrating and pretty uncomfortable situation. Also meant only 5 zips instead of 9. They re-booked us for the regular zip line trip that left about an hour later. I didn't ask about refunding the difference (and I'm on a low-carb diet now lol) but I got a refund on my credit card last night. They also offered us a significant military discount (book by phone ahead of time). We sprung for $40 for a cd full of photos of the two of us in our party, Disneyland prices, but good quality. Anyway, 5-stars for Alpine Adventure. A fun time and a class act that's worth the money. And go in the autumn when the leaves are turning - beautiful!

Great experience! My girlfriend and I went on the Canopy Tour (intro/beginners) and we had such a good time. Everything was very entertaining and we felt safe and comfortable all through the afternoon. The whole trip lasted a couple of hours and it was entertaining all the way through. Our guides were Mike, Sean and Ben and they did a great job. They took the time to explain and excite while keeping up with both time and safety. Highly recommended!

A couple issues here with this tourist trap. First, the ziplining, for the price, is not worth it. Yeah, the views are cool but the ziplining does not last long and ended what seemed to be very quickly. Secondly, the group I was with had some smarta** little punk who was not polite, spoke to us like we were all stupid and had little patience for a group of people who had never done this before. Lastly, and my biggest issue was getting refunded for a couple no shows. I live locally and had a portion of my bachelor events there and despite the amount of money it already cost all of my former Marine groomsman to travel from places like Oregon, California, and North Carolina just to get to NH, they then had to eat the price for two no shows...who were my soon-to-be brother in laws who are a couple of morons and just blew it off. And the two of them live locally. For me personally, I understand that this situation is very unique and does not occur for everyone. However, I would have thought that under the circumstances, they would have refunded my groomsman for those two tickets after they had already paid for what was a total of eight tickets. For the six of us that still went, that is still $534 worth of business we still gave them (6 x $89) so it's not like we didn't provide them any business. And furthermore, the bus we rode on was still full of people...so they found other people to go with our group to make up for the lost seats...so that whole policy as to why they don't refund due to wasted seat space is null and void in this situation. Bottomline, it really bothers me to see a company like this, which is making all this money from tourists and charging $89 per person for an hour and a half ziplining tour, to not reimburse my groomsman for two tickets for a situation in which they had no control over. I really don't think they would have broke the bank by doing so. Plus, we still gave them over $500 in business. That's America for ya'.

My boyfriend and I went on the alpine adventure off-road trip last weekend and loved it! Would definately go again. On our fun as hell, bumpy ride up the beautiful moutain, we were also suprised to climb up and see some zip-liners (we will be back for that) The views were amazing and we got some beautiful pictures. Definitely won't be an experience I'll forget. Our tour guide, Smitty, was awesome. Laid-back, funny, knowlegable; I'd give him 5 stars too! Thanks alpine!
