nice town house, is really quiet neighborhood. haven't had any roach issues or any issues for that matter. Entrance gates are always closed. although the kids playground could use some maintenance. also all my neighbors are incredibly quiet and mind their own business half the time I don't even know there around.

Absolutely disgusting. The women in the office are liars and thieves. They will work with you because they don't want to lose their commission. They will also lie and get anyone approved to move in there. The roaches are out of control. The exterminator does not work. You need to have your roach motels and spray thoroughly every month. They also have an onsite housing for drug addicts and other criminal offenders. If you do not have a car, do not walk around at night because women get robbed at gunpoint. The pool is always filthy so swim at your own risk.

I have lived here over a year and have been so disappointed. Yes the ladies in the front office are nice that's the best thing i can say for my tenor. Roof Leaks, heat works but goes out of all the cracks. Non level floors and ceilings. I wonder where that comes from. Maintenance Men stand around on grounds all day and night, and when you ask them what about your request they have no clue as to what you are talking about. Yes they gave it a face lift but it's still a roach motel. Terminex gave me my money back after 3 months of service. If you have to live here stay on the side by the rental office the only safe place to be. Other side of property is like New jack City and some refer to it as the Carter! Gated community when the gates are not broken and you can only go in and out the front entrance 24x7 the rear gate shuts down at 6:30 PM daily. Bottom line is if you like to complain or listen to yourself speak sign a years lease or longer if you want to have a decent place to live go past the front entrance and turn Left into the next complex where you will be happy your home!

I will give them four stars. I live in a three bedroom townhome with two of my longtime friends. The rent is super affordable and you CANNOT complain about anything regarding price. You get what you pay for. Most of the people that complain about bugs, are indeed themselves, slobs. We keep our apartment clean, and I have not see one live roach in months (against the woods as well). Overall some of the neighbors are annoying and the walls seem to be made of paper, but at ~900/mo for 2 stories and 3 bedrooms, you are retarded to complain. Also, the maintenance guys have always been social and fairly nice in general. All you need to do is have a head on your shoulders, and know how to speak to people like a human being, and you will be fine here.

I just renewed my lease for another year. The ladies in the front REALLY do work with you during hard times. I am a single parent and definately appreciate how they have worked with me. I am an Atlanta native and out of all the places I have stayed in around the metro area, this has been the best. I did not think it was possible to find a 2/2.5 townhouse in Sandy Springs for less than $800 a month but this is it. Roaches have never really been a problem for me because they come through and spray on a regular basis. You can even call to have them come out if you are having a problem. The things that bother me the most are that the rear gate closes so early and the workout room leaves alot to be desired. Other than that, I really have no complaints. *****UPDATE******* A year and a half after writing the above review, I'm not nearly as pleased as I once was. The service has noticeably declined. The trash situation has gotten worse and the front office staff is not nearly as flexible or responsive as before. Lease renewal is coming up and I would love to move but I'm saving for a house so I will have to hang in a while longer.
