We are a full-service Indian restaurant with a contemporary twist, in our food, our décor and our approach. We take pride in our services and place great importance on the quality and freshness of every ingredient we use. Our food mantra is simple-fresh, flavorful and colorful food that appeals to all five senses.

Our chef believes that the food we serve should transfer you, in spirit, to the region it originated from. Therefore every recipe has been painstakingly gathered from kitchens all across South-East Asia.

Mint Indian Bistro offers a unique dining experience, as exotic and enchanting as this fusion of Hindu and Buddist Cultures. From tandoor delicacies, curries and naans, momos, to tangy chaats and crispy dosas, we have it all!

No matter what dietary philosophy you follow, we have something for everyone. We believe you shouldn’t have to lose-out on taste just because you follow a special diet. We therefore cater to special diet groups like vegetarians and vegans. We also serve Halal meat and gluten-free delicacies. So whether you like your curry hot, super-hot or inferno-style, we will custom-make it to your individual taste.

And if you’re truly brave-hearted, we challenge you to finish a bowl of our super-inferno curry! The curry is hot but the rewards are sweet!

Let’s get to a more interesting topic-Beer! We have one of largest varieties of international beers in Las Vegas and indeed the largest variety for any Indian Restaurant. Our Lassi Bar menu is the object of our contemporaries envy. We have stouts, brown, pale and light ales and premium lager beers from all around the world. The spirit menu features some of the exclusive and best selection of vodkas, rums and gins. We bet we have some cocktails on the list that you’ve never tried before. We have something for everyone even if you don’t drink alcohol!

So dig in and don’t be shy to indulge….we know you’ll be back for more…

Loved the mysore masala dosa. The chutney and the potato stuffing was yummy. Naan makhni and bhindi kurkure are the best appetizers.

Decent food but poor service. Took 45 mins to serve the appetizers. Sambhar is not good. Malai kofta is good. Overall I prefer Gandhi's to any other Indian restaurant in Vegas.

An indian place with very authentic and good quality food to savor. We tried all the veggie dishes on the buffet and everything was slurptious! Masala chaaas was extremely soothing! We are happy to find this place and perfectly served our indian food craving.

Eating while I rate this during the buffet hour. Love the garlic nan. The food is very good. My favorite dish is the chicken tikka masala. Second round?... Heck yes

This is the best Indian restaurant ever! Vegetarian and Vegan friendly which is incredibly hard to find. But being a meat eater myself, I am obsessed with their chili chicken. All their food has a lot of flavor which is also hard to find. Everything is so fresh and delicious, you'll come again and again. I've been going to this restaurant for years and have watched it change into this beautiful place and you wont be disappointed. Even my boyfriend who HATES any spice and trying new food liked it. Even their water taste better than the average restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend the buffet if it's your first time to give yourself a chance to try everything. And the buffet gives you a chance to completely indulge on some yummy food. The best part is there's little guilt when eating so much of this food. It's all pretty healthy and there are a lot of nice veggies and lean meats. Give this a chance and you won't be disappointed!
