[New recipe!] Easy and creamy vegan potato casserole. With a load of onions and a pinch of nutmeg. Super delicious and nostalgic. Instead of heavy cream and eggs, I used homemade hearty and healthy cashew cream. This casserole is really easy to make. You just need a little patience to wait until it cooks to perfection :)
