It is Saturday Night!

Soon, Santa will be rocketin' round the Christmas Tree!

Make sure Santa brings her something to rocket her world!

It may sound funny, but it's no joke!

Winter thoughts. Snowy love.
soft snow

Velvety
snowflakes,
fall softly,
on your
glowing,
angelic face.

Slow,
snow,
twirls,
and touches,
your
hallowed halo.

Your
beatific
smile
is blurred
by the
white,
whirling,
pale crystals.

My frozen
heart,
melts,
as the
winter wind,
wraps us,
in its
downy blanket.

You wipe
a flake
from my
eyelash
as our
frozen lips
meet.

My heart
beats
like a
solstice
dervish,
caught in
the
vortex
of your love.

The snow
clings tightly
to the earth,
as the
frosted
flurries,
hurry us,
inside.

And
we melt
into
a puddle
of passion,
like

summer
snowman.

THE GIFT OF THE MAGI
by O. Henry

One dollar and eighty-seven cents. That was all. And sixty cents of it was in pennies. Pennies saved one and two at a time by bulldozing the grocer and the vegetable man and the butcher until one's cheeks burned with the silent imputation of parsimony that such close dealing implied. Three times Della counted it. One dollar and eighty- seven cents. And the next day would be Christmas.
