We love trail running so much we made ceramic tree mugs. Perfect for, well, anything. Beer, wine, coffee...you could even plant a bonsai tree in 'em.

These are annuals, so get them before all their leaves fall. (Twenty available)

You run by them, you eat them, but can you tell us if they're native to Washington?

In an effort to educate anyone that loves the trails as much as we do, we're hosting a trail run and trail hike this Saturday at 4 PM from the shop. We'll have experts in the field of biology and plant identification to guide you around a three mile course. You'll be able to ask questions, learn, and get in a few trail miles.

This is a family-friendly, leashed dog friendly, and FREE event:

Sept. 12th, 4 PM at the shop. We'll be taking you on an educational trail run on Tiger Mtn., with one goal: plant identification.

We've rounded up a few experts in the field of biology and plants to guide you around a three mile trail journey with ten unique stops. At each stop you'll be educated on a common Pacific-Northwest plant that you probably run by on every trail running adventure.

This is a family-friendly, FREE event. There's even a hiking group if you want to stroll beneath the canopy of trees while you learn. Questions? Give us a call, 425.391.2430

A Hundred Miles Of Smiles...No, Seriously

"Is it possible to have a perma grin while running a hundred mile race?  The resounding answer I gathered while training for my first 100-mile race, Cascade Crest 100 mile, was no.  I was a sponge when it came to getting advice from people with more experience, "You’ll experience the lowest of the lows which will be followed by the best highs." I prepared myself for incredible lows that rivaled my toughest life challenges..."Continue Reading: http://goo.gl/47MBmj

We colored the easy trail miles with deep breaths, cool smiles, and long sleeve shirts on Tiger Mountain this morning.

We live, we run. We explore, we journey. We are trail runners.

Our group social run begins at 6:15 PM tonight. Be here. Seriously, LEAVE WORK NOW and come hang out with us. We'll gladly write a note to excuse your absence from being cooped up inside. Honestly, we have no idea if that will work, but why wouldn't it?

Tuesday Night Run is a social run on a 1.5 mile paved loop designed to break up the monotony of training, share stories, and meet new folks. It's walker, jogger, and kid-friendly, too! #UphillRunning   #Issaquah  #Washington #Running

The trails were calm and restoring this morning. The sky hazy, the sun orange. The trails of Tiger Mtn filled with rhythmic footsteps as we rounded turns in a conversationally fueled journey.

When we got back to the shop we handed over the group to one of our runners and she led us in wonderful series of stretches. Smiles and laughter echoed throughout the brick porch as some of us could barely touch our toes.

Next Event: Morning Yoga, Sun., 9 AM
