Stayed only one night, but really enjoyed it. The bed was amazing, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Room was clean and quiet, probably recently renovated as the linens were fresh and carpeting wasn't worn. The breakfast was in a nice large room that was probably a former restaurant. Typical well-stocked continental breakfast with waffles, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, breads, etc. There was staff to greet you and bus tables which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, during our stay we felt like we were in a "work camp" given the clientele that were staying there long term. We smelled marijuana on the premises, there was a party directly below us and there was no parking for guests and we had to park on the street. This was the worst stay I have ever encountered in Jasper and although the front desk tried to make it up by upgrading us to a new room, this new room had issues of cleanliness. The pull out couch was filthy with used ear plugs laying in the bed, dirty unchanged linen and no spare linen. NOT IMPRESSED AND A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. Not to mention that the hot tub wasn't working which was part of the reason why we chose this hotel over a different one. The staff however, did thier very best under the circumstances.

Romm was very large with 2 queen beds and 2 sinks (one in bathroom and one just outside of the bathroom) microwave, fridge. We were very surprised and pleased. they outside just looks like a regular 2 story motel (gray with blue shutters, nothing fancy) Inside was GREAT!

Overpriced but this is probably standard for Jasper. The room itself was fine, nothing to complain about. Sound insulation was however pretty bad; showers in adjacent rooms made a surprisingly loud noise. Convenient location, a few minutes walk from restaurants.

Easy to find. Lots of parking inside courtyard, not out in open. Hot tub is very large. Room is very well appointed. Bathroom was luxurious and looked very new. The reception area is very inviting as well with easy chairs and a fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.

Last Year, We vacationed in Banff, this Year, We decided to extend our Vacation, and We spent Five Nights in Jasper, and then went on to Banff for Six Nights. After a Very Long Drive from the Edmonton Airport, we were a Bit Hesitant, when we Rolled into the Mount Robson Inn's Parking Lot. It looked like a Basic Motor Lodge. A Red Roof Inn with a Brown Roof and a Blue Exterior. In the Front Office, The Desk Staff was Very Pleasant, considering, we had travelled over Two Thousand Miles and were Very Tired. When we walked into our Room, it's like we walked into a Cozy Bed and Breakfast Room. We could not believe just how Nicely Decorated and Furnished Our Room was, with Really Nice Furniture and Accessories, as well as, a Fireplace. But here is the Best Part, the King Size Bed was the NICEST Bed, We have ever slept in. It Cradled You, especially after the Long Travel Day, and the Many Hikes, we did, including Whistlers. Every Morning, We would wake up feeling Refreshed, because of the Bed with its Very Soft Pillows, and Cozy Goose Down Comforter. The Room was Cleaned and Freshened Up, every Day, with Impeccable Results. The Restaurant Downstairs was Very Good and Convenient. The Location is Further South on Connaught Drive, and therefore, it is Very Quiet at Night, and Its Views, from the Second Floor are Awesome. We cannot say enough about The Mount Robson; if you are going to Jasper, stay at the Mount Robson Inn, on our next Trip, we will Definitley be back.
