It's starting to look that way. Certainly is a good thing for the Rails community.

Lots of jobs these days. Contracts for MEAN folks or those with PhoneGap or solid JS, and a host of perm jobs for Android, Python/Go, Node, Ruby (very senior only), Java, etc. If you are keeping an ear open and haven't checked me out in a while, there are some new and interesting clients.

Introduction
Fecak Inc. is a recruiting firm with a primary focus on helping Philadelphia area companies to hire software development talent of all levels, focusing on Java and developers in other JVM and open source languages and frameworks.  I am also available for consulting engagements to assist small companies to develop and implement recruiting strategy and procedure and to promote awareness of your firm.

Dave Fecak's bio:

Dave Fecak has been in the business of recruiting technology professionals in the Philadelphia area since 1998.  Prior to founding Fecak Inc., Dave was a co-founder and Director of Talent for a boutique recruiting firm that specialized in Java.  Over the course of his career, Dave has assisted several companies and thousands of technology professionals to achieve their goals.

In 2000, Dave founded the Philadelphia Area Java Users' Group, and he has served as President ever since.  Sun Microsystems twice named Philly JUG to their Top 25 and Top 50 groups worldwide, and the group boasts well over 1,000 members.  The JUG has been fortunate to have hosted several world-renowned speakers from the Java world, including Rod Johnson, Marc Fleury, Gavin King, Brian Goetz, Neal Ford, and Cameron Purdy.

Dave has been published and quoted on recruiting/employment topics by local and national publications and various websites.  He graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.  Dave blogs at Job Tips for Geeks.
