This is the broadcast group who bought KPTM/KXVO in Omaha and KPTH/KMEG in Sioux City from the Titan deal in October 2013. KPTM/KXVO and KPTH/KMEG were from the Harry Pappas/Pappas Telecasting bankruptcy filing in May 2008. KMPH/KFRE in Fresno/Visilia and KDBC in El Paso were also affected from the bankrutpcy filing and were taken over by Titan and also sold to Sinclair.
