I think only an actor of the calibre of Lou Diamond Phillips could have brought this to life for me.

Golarion, Shaintar, Faerun, Mystara, Greyhawk, Tamriel, Arda, Westeros... The northern-hemisphere centric nature of major fantasy worlds bothers me just a little. I know why it is, but it still bothers me.

Really awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Went in because my speakers stopped working and I needed a header replaced. At first they thought my speakers had blown, but they discovered it was corroded contacts, much cheaper repair they did with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone needing car audio work done.

My wife and I went for our anniversary this past weekend. I had been there 10ish years ago for lunch and knew I wanted to go there at some point to stay for a weekend. We stayed in the Robert the Bruce Suite, and it was wonderful. The room was gorgeous, a nice little kitchenette, nice two person whirlpool jacuzzi, and very comfortable furnishings. The room even had some lovely soft music playing when we came in. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating, and the continental breakfast in the lobby quite acceptable, with a waffle iron, bagels, and fruit salad (canned but tasty). The room did have a running dehumidifier since Ohio had been having some pretty torrential rains for a couple of weeks, so there was a slight musty smell, but this wasn't a big deal and they even took some off our rate for it. The grounds are beautiful, lovely to walk around in before the heat of the day. They do need some work here and there (the waterfall is offline and filled with dirt), but hopefully the management will put some effort here. The one major disappointment we really had was the restaurant. The food is priced about what you would expect, but was not nearly as good as I remembered. The old restaurant burned down, and they have rebuilt, but the chef does not seem to have come back. My wife's salmon salad was a bland pan touched (supposedly seared) fillet over bagged iceberg lettuce salad mix. My own food was salty almost to the point of being inedible, and I am someone who heavily salts his food. My french onion soup had a good flavor hiding behind excessive salt. My 'Stroganoff Baked Potato" (a house specialty) was drowning in a lackluster sauce that tasted only of salt, and presentation really was not appetizing, very messy on a gaudy floral plate, and my side of vegetables was forgotten until mentioned. The high point was their house blueberry preserves with the rather plain rolls (served with a disservicing margarine). Granted there was a wedding that weekend at the event center, but no decent restaurant should have let those out of the kitchen. I hope that the owners take a close look at their restaurant and make some hard decisions about revamping it. From the quality I was experiencing, I suspect they have fallen into the trap of buying at least some premade items, rather than making things fresh and from scratch. My advice: come for the castle; it is lovely and worth the stay. Avoid the restaurant. They have cut the corners there too much and it really shows through.

Sadly my drive was too far gone so they were unable to help me. But they were quick, responsive, and professional, and didn't charge me anything but the price to ship my drives back to me when they couldn't help, with no hassle. Didn't try to upsell me, and though they did recommend a clean room service, there was no pressure to use it and I am pretty sure it was a completely separate company. Sad I couldn't get my data but I very much recommend this company otherwise.

Great leather supply store with friendly, knowledgeable staff who are helpful and don't sell you things you don't need or they don't think are quality. Lots of classes that I have heard really great things about. Really recommend if you are looking to start leatherworking or just need supplies
