For the 2014 season, the one amenity that the Lake Isabella KOA should add is _______________________.

Many campers wait until Memorial Day Weekend to unleash their inner camper but we have it on good authority that the veterans plan their getaways a few weeks earlier. Why? Because we're offering a FREE night to anyone who wants to Come Camp & Care with us on May 9th & 10th!

Outdoor enthusiasts will love this KOA. Ideally located in the Sierra Mountains, the campground also backs up to the Kern River Preserve. Poised midway between Southern California and Yosemite

Meets the needs of hikers and nice view. Showers are humid and unsanitary, but the water is hot. View is nice, but not located in civilization. Sandy grounds. Cell service for AT&T.

First time at a KOA campground. All the others I intend to stay at have a lot to live up to. The staff and hosts were very helpful and went out of their way to assist in any way they could. Felt very at home here and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend or stay here again. Planning on visiting this KOA again.

People working this operation are extremely friendly. It is a nice place to stay with nice amenities to keep the kids happy. Site are dirt with no grass.

Cool place to relax and enjoy nature. Watch out for the winds...they come and go but they can get a little crazy (especially if your campsite is all dirt!) so be sure to bring extra stakes for your tent! Theres a bar with a pool table and you get a free beer for every adult in your party and free ice cream for the kids. Movie night on Saturday and free breakfast on Sunday. KoA store sells lots of Booze, camping supplies, firewood and propaine.

Nice, shady sites; great amenities (showers, pool, even laundry I believe); a free beer for each member of the party upon checkin, and pancakes and sausage in the morning. Three motorcycle friends and I stayed there in May 2009 for the bargain price of $38 total.
