If you use the Amazon App store for Android, which you should, they are giving away free coins (money) today. Download these free photography apps, get coins, and then uninstall them if you want.

Those of you with Time Warner Cable: They are going to start charging $6/month to lease the modem. If you're interested in saving some money, you can buy your own that is likely much better than the one they are charging you for. This is the one I just bought, which will pay itself off in a year.

You can also view the second link to research other ones Time Warner supports.

The one they are leasing me is $11 used on Amazon...

A lot of options to save money...

Yeah we replaced our modem from WOW with one of our own a while back. Saves $5 a month. The other benefit as well is that on a rental they had to charge sales tax. But once the rental is gone, so is the tax, so our $50 internet package comes out to exactly $50...

Big company customer (lack of) support: while I understand computer problems are almost always user error, please verify your response before blaming me. My code matches your documentation exactly, your response doesn't. And your response fails miserably. Thank you for wasting my time

Bad documentation is so much worse than no documentation at all

Leaving work, I thought there must have been a middle school conference going on in the Arena District. Then I remembered there was a Twenty One Pilots concert at the LC in a few hours. Same thing?

The huge project I've been working on launched today: http://lcgoat.com. You should check it out. And since it's responsive, you should check it out on a lot of different devices. Props to +John Hansen for doing most if the lifting

Too true...

To be fair, it is not just IE. It is the lack of a universal standard for browsers, regardless of platform, operating system, or device that frustrates many web designers and ultimately the users.

I think Topher enjoyed giving +Matt Schmandt a pie to the face a little too much

I kept expecting something far more colorful when you throw out the disclaimer "not the most appropriate".

If you have pets, DO NOT feed them Merrick Pet Care canned food. This is the second time we've bought it and it's the second time we've found bones in it. Are they trying to kill our dogs?
