I'll be going through some of the stretches and exercises I use to increase motility, flexibility, groundedness, and aliveness holistically. This is from my personal and professional practice, opened to the public free, in a casual no-pressure experiential class.

You need an open mind and desire to move through your physical and emotional blocks. This is a holistic process, not just mechanical.

No special equipment is required, but a foam roller, hand towel, chair will be used - so if you have them, bring 'em. If not, no worries. This does requires space on the floor. It is an experiential broadcast, so come willing to move, breathe, stretch and participate for 40m and then discussion for 10.
