July 14, 2016 – NCS Subsea and P-Cable 3D Seismic A/S  are pleased to announce that NCS Subsea has completed the purchase of P-Cable 3D Seismic A/S, whose headquarters are in Oslo, Norway.  P-Cable A/S are now a wholly owned subsidiary of NCS Subsea,  and are the newest addition to the OYO Group of Companies. 
 
P-Cable 3D Seismic A/S are the inventors of the PCable system (manufactured by Geometrics – an OYO Company as well), and the expertise of P-Cable A/S as well as the experience of NCS SubSea combine to make us the worldwide leader in Ultrahigh-Resolution 3D marine seismic surveys.
