Peach Cobbler Recipe

⅓ cup margarine (butter)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all purpose flour (white, mixed grain, whole wheat...)
1 Tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup milk (soy, almond, cow < nasty...)
3 cups sliced fresh peaches, peeled or skin on (4 med/lg - 6 small peaches)
½ cup brown sugar

Option:
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

preheat oven 350°
saute melt margarine over low heat
mix dry ingredients (except brown sugar)
add milk and melted margarine and mix with dry ingredients
pour into 8x8 pan
layer sliced peaches on top
I add walnut option after peaches
sprinkle brown sugar on top
place pan into over for 40 - 45 mins

Ice cream on top when served is always nice.

Put into your mouth, and say yumski!

GLUTEN FREE
Gluten free flours: buckwheat flour, oat flour, quinoa flour.

And you can make sure the baking powder is aluminum-free/gluten-free.

Make sure products have USDA Organic label (good luck finding 100% organic)
