Well, given the Ten Commandments prioritize the big sins, and then there is the Seven Deadly Sins...its funny that many religious folks choose to make a stand on homosexuality....instead of any of the Big and Deadly sins.

Isn't very Christian like.  Sounds more personal than religious.

Yup..they won't stop.
The owner of a Michigan truck repair shop says he's a Christian and "would not hesitate to refuse service to an openly gay person or persons" because of his views on religion and morality. That's just a small part of the rant he unleashed publicly on Facebook.

The kind of religion/religious freedom an Atheist can get behind.

This woman is amazing.
Joan Cheever, a San Antonio woman, is my new hero. Cheever was issued a citation for having the audacity to feed the homeless and she responded in the best way possible. Cheever told police they were infringing on her religious liberty. “I have a legal right to do this,” Cheever told Officer ...

Apologies, I meant medicaid. Via the ACA. An expansion.

Veterans should have whatever health plan our congressmen have. They both serve this country after all.

My Mother lived with us for over a decade, before she had to go into a Nursing home.  And we still visited, at a minimum, every Sunday.

My personal opinion on this; it teaches the Young to embrace their youth, be kind and compassionate, and learn about simple mistakes, while giving 'youth' to the Elderly.

I won't say it was easy....but, family is worth it.  So is our future.

Can't. stop. laughing.
WIBC-FM 93.1 is pulling the plug on “The Rush Limbaugh Show,” and the program's last airing is set for July 3rd. According to officials, the idea of dumping the acidic Conservative talk show host began about 18 months ago. Rush. Aw, Rush is gonna have a sad. Limbaugh is popular with listeners ...

When people think, hear, read, or talk about hacking....they aren't grasping the depth of planning, logistical support, education (self or traditional), or motivation required to actually be successful.

In a traditional sense, when a kinetic strike (bullets and people) is performed, its feasible that success can be measured even by the success of a 'newbie' performing the attack.  It doesn't generalize the actions, but increases the success percentage (decreasing the risk percentage) as the amount of training/education is increased.

For every situation, there is always a minimum level of skill required to perform at different levels.  But, it will never decrease to 0%.

Why do I mention this?  Below you will find some of the most recent hacks globally.  Now, if you apply the 'Iceberg' theory (only 10% of iceberg can be seen above the waterline), this begs the question "How many hacks are going unnoticed/unreported?" (more comment below the links)

If you'll ponder this for a moment - you'll discover hacking is already common place.  This also means that virtual 'battles' are being fought you are completely unaware of.

So, what are the objectives of these virtual battles?  What are the spoils of 'war' here?  People, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), opinions, votes, voices, concepts, political affiliations.....?

What used to be the traditional approach of 'winning hearts and minds', or 'conquering lands' has been redefined...and you slept through it.
The Hobart International Airport website has been shut down after it was hacked and defaced with a statement supporting the radical group Islamic State.

We do agree on many points. And I can't give both sides to every scenario...I don't have that kind of time but a funeral is not a human tradition. It is a ritual based in different religions AND you can have a funeral with out doing it at a christian church just like a wedding can be done by a JP. And a christian bakers are not making phallic cakes for heterosexual couples why should they be forced to make one for homosexuals. That is just principle.
If at work (most of us are hired "at will") you say you won't work with a Mormon, gay, black, whatever, you can quit or be asked to leave. Why? Working is a human right and stops there. I have not seen any stories where christians are bombing gay homes or community's or business. It is very safe to say that there are radicals in every faction. It would be great if that was not true but it is. I have read articles about  gays seeking out churches to hold their weddings or funerals and given that there are many other options.... I don't see the point. I also don't see the point of a Christian business refusing a gay couple. A church sure but pizza, cake, it's just trivial.
I do see christians being beaten and hospitalized for being a christian. It happened to kids I went to school with and it is happening to others too. I don't get the point of violence in any situation but I can't, and won't speak to the mind of others.
I also think there is a lot of generalizing in your response (there might be in mine as well) but to say all Christians are crying oppression is very general I know lots who aren't same with LGBT. There are a lot who are not feeling oppressed or discriminated against.
Public domain has to have some kind of guidelines or rules or it will be complete chaos.
Everyone is and should be protected in public domain that's what is causing all these issues in the first place. Public domain is a place to freely speak one's mind, but when someone takes offense to what was said and lashes out in one way or another we get this mess. Everyone telling the next guy that they are wrong and the suck as people because they are wrong. What needs to happen is basic humanity needs to be honored in Public Domain, whether christian or gay or Mormon or what else and not be belittled for what they believe or feel or who they have sex with. But making Christians ONLY practice in private or not letting gays hold hands cause if upsets you is not a reason to redefine public domain or be violent to the offending party.

Family and friends first....oh, and Don't be a D|C<!
Introduction
Right off the bat, I ask you to forgive any spelling errors.  I use my phone, a lot, to post from..and the auto-choice/correct function usually is the culprit. Oh, I do go back and proof/edit them later, but I don't catch them all.

Family first, friends always, life eternal. Science and Tech are cool.  Especially if it can manipulate the Electro-Magnetic Spectrum (EMS, for short).

Please send me a message (post to me) if you would like to make one of my circles.  It is kind of like a 5-star rating.  Everyone starts off in 1-circle, if your mind (common sense), interests, comments (courtesy), knowledge (academic & experience) and posts impress or match mine, you move into more circles.

Thanks for being a 2-star.

See places I've been below.

Lastly, I'm a Republican *BUT* I'm my Grandfather's Republican of the Eisenhower era - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dwight_D._Eisenhower  In other words, I am *NOT* a modern Republican.

I post about tech stuff, computer/internet/personal security stuff, wireless stuff, radio stuff, science stuff, math stuffs...and stuff most folks don't like, politics and religion (or lack of religion).  I post about Korean food...love it.  I speak Korean very well.  Go ahead, pay for my plane ticket over there, drop me anywhere, and I find/get what you want.

Traveled the world.

Bragging rights
Too much to mention, I've done a lot. I believe in myself. I believe in you. Just don't BS me about yourself. The simplest thing about you may worth bragging about to someone I know.
