My name is Heather and my husband is a 13 veteran of the Navy and has a severe stutter. He has spent the past thirteen days trying to reach your site about simple questions before ordering a holster. He cannot just pick up the phone and call and no one bothered to get back to him. Not even a thank you for contacting us we will be with you shortly. Is this how you treat all your new customers? He was so excited about possibly purchasing your holsters but now he will be looking elsewhere. Shameful how you treated him, yes, it is the holiday but a 10 second email to let him know you would get back to him would not have taken that much time. He sent you at least 6 emails. My water heater stopped working and I found Jim Olson Plumbing as he was local to me. Being a computer geek, I was sure that my water heater had just died and needed to be replaced, an expense that I was not really ready for. I contacted Jim, he was very pleasant on the phone and set an appointment. He came over right on time and I showed him down stairs to the basement. I always like to hang around and watch stuff like that.. neat to learn. He spent about 15 minutes trouble shooting my heater and determined that my burner unit just need to be cleaned. So after about an hour total, what I thought was going to be a total replacement, was just a simple maintenance call. He had my water heated fixed, cleaned up after himself and I had hot water. I found Jim Olson to be very professional in both his work ethic and demeanor. He could have very easily said I needed a new water heater and I would not have know the wiser. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs a water heater looked at. Thank you, Kenn Goodrich
