Early morning time lapse looking towards the glow from Cozumel. 30 sec, f22, ISO 200. I also used a spot light to bring out the pier.

As of today, I've sold more of this image than any other I have ever done previously.  It is 60 inches by 40 inches framed in black printed on Canvas by Canvas on Demand.  People just keep asking for another.   I took this in Playa del Carmen in February of this year.  Now, I have sold the two images I took just before this and just after this.   Maybe I'll offer a triptych of all three for a combo price.  :-)

Interested in the Nikon DF and it's low noise sensor? Well, I was able to get my hands on a new Nikon DF for about a week. I wanted to test the quality of the images at different ISO's starting at 3200 up to 204800(H4). I also wanted to see if there was any noticeable impact by using the High ISO NR & Long Exposure NR settings. Below is a link to test result images that are sorted by ISO ascending with the text on the image. This was captured as a high quality JPG - no post processing except to add the text into the image. Then saved as JPG Quality 12, Large file, baseline Standard.  More images on at this link:   http://www.teewayne.com/FineArt/Nikon-DF-ISO-test

I have been trying to find out if it is possible to concurrently trigger a remote camera, with a hand held camera while 'sharing' a common Einstein 640 strobe using the PowerMC2.  I am able to trigger the remote camera & strobe from the handheld camera shutter release (with MiniTT1) but the flash only fires in sync with the remote camera.  I have a MiniTT1 on the handheld set to trigger only using std channel 1.  I have a FlexTT5 on the remote camera receiving on std channel 1 and the Einstein 640 set to std channel 2.  Is it possible to sync the strobe so that the shutter is open on both the handheld and the remote cameras when the strobe fires??
