This is why I'm a supporter of Hillary Clinton, the most experienced candidate running for President, by far! Yes, she's made mistakes, but she's learned from those mistakes, and her truly meaningful accomplishments far, far outweigh those mistakes. She knows how to get things done in our ponderous political system, and she knows how to get things done internationally, too.

Last night Carly Fiorina dared Democrats to name it. Today 20 top Democrats accepted the challenge.

Calling all filmmakers to submit your film before the early deadline of February 5th to the Breckenridge Film Festival in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado!! The submission fees are at their lowest so get your film entered before the first deadline.

Visit www.breckfilmfest.com or the Breckenridge Film Festival page on www.filmfreeway.com or www.withoutabox.com for guidelines for entries and to make a submission. Selected films from 2015 as well as award winners are also posted on www.breckfilmfest.com.

Here's some more information:

The Call for Entries is now open for the 2016 Breckenridge Film Festival, slated for Sept. 15-18, 2016. Films will be accepted in traditional categories, including Documentary, Comedy, Drama, Short Comedy, Short Drama and Spiritual or what we like to call "Films of the Human Spirit". Also included are the ever popular Adventure films and the newest addition, Animation to the line-up of genres.

Films have historically been submitted by local as well as global filmmakers, making the Breckenridge Film Festival an international event. Attending filmmakers never fail to give the festival accolades for being filmmaker-friendly, enjoying daily social events and a thriving hospitality suite dedicated to making the filmmaker's festival experience unique and valuable.

"The entire village of Breckenridge seemed supportive of the festival, and we felt appreciated every step of the way-- at the festival events (like the filmmaker panel) and get-togethers. There was a feeling of camaraderie amongst the attending film makers who obviously also felt welcomed and respected," said attending filmmaker Toby Poser of the independent film, Knuckle Jack. "The films we saw were of really fine quality, and we were especially impressed by the Breckenridge audiences themselves. Our Q&A was the longest and most in-depth we've experienced yet on the festival circuit. The Breckenridge Film Festival is a well-run, honorable festival to which we hope to return one day!"

Submission fees are at their lowest in the early-bird submission period, which ends Feb 5, 2016. Local, regional, national and international filmmakers are encouraged to submit amateur and professional films alike. The festival is particularly interested in receiving locally produced adventure films, with certain selected films being featured in a special, new Summit County-focused short film block to be presented at the 2016 festival.

Filmmakers whose films are selected are offered a chance to visit Breckenridge during the festival to present the film to intimate audiences, enjoy Breckenridge Film Festival hospitality (including lodging) and mingle with fellow filmmakers as well as a film-loving audience.

Liberals have two options when it comes to Hillary Clinton in 2016. The option they choose will shape our future for decades to come.

Important voter information for my Colorado Google+ friends:  There is no presidential primary in Colorado. Your only chance to have an impact on who gets the party nomination is be registered to vote with a party by January 4th.

Democrats:  select their delegates via a preference poll at neighborhood caucuses on Super Tuesday, March 1st.

Republicans:  will also hold caucuses on March 1, but they will only select delegates, there will be no presidential vote.

Regardless of party, you can’t participate unless you are registered as a party member by January 4th.  To register, go to www.govotecolorado.com  If you have a Colorado driver’s license, you can register right there online.

Bestselling mystery author with two series, the Claire Hanover gift basket designer series and the Rocky Mountain Outdoor Adventure series.
Introduction
I write the Claire Hanover gift basket designer mystery series and the Rocky Mountain Outdoor Adventures mystery series, starring Mandy Tanner, whitewater river ranger. I was an avid "river rat" in the 1980s, running whitewater rivers in the eastern US in an open-boat canoe, and I have enjoyed reacquainting myself with that subculture and its updated boating equipment while researching the series. I live in Colorado and enjoy its many outdoor activities, including skiing and whitewater rafting. To find out more, please visit my website.
