Terrible management. Have had at least 3 different property managers in the past year, I never know who I'm talking to when I go to the office. Parking is almost nonexistent and rules are not enforced; I get off work at 9pm and find I have to park at the other side of the complex. If I cook anything fancier than boxed macaroni and cheese I am bothered by my upstairs manager. And for seemingly no reason (other than I'm young - 24), any time there's a complaint of pot *I* am somehow the one to blame, and the first (at times only) one accused. Rents are raised exorbitant amounts for no reason (other than "property costs"). Prime example: this past year my rent was raised $55 per month, as well as a $15 a month "pet fee" for the cat I've had with no issue for two years (read: didn't have to pay a fee). I had to get rid of my pet, by the way. Where does this money go? Certainly not to renovations of any sort; nothing has changed, and even the adding of electric garage doors is going to be an extra charge. Even yesterday they fixed a gas line, but didn't tell anyone afterward, so when we, the occupants, smelled gas, we freaked out and evacuated. It's not going to security, not with multiple cases of cars being broken into, things being stolen from vehicles, and even rent checks being stolen *from the drop box*. Also, there's no controlled entry, so anyone can just come on in (which they do - sometimes there's shady characters just hanging out inside. fun!). And then when I bring these issues (as well as others) to the management? They tell me how it's not their fault and to pretty much just deal with it. That is, if it's during a weekday. On the weekends they stick some poor weekend manager in there who has no idea what's going on, so good luck trying to get anything done on a weekend. We will not be renewing our lease; instead, we'll be moving somewhere else that will actually be worth the money.

going down hill in a hurry, the price goes up every year and on top of that now they are trying to require you to pay for the transfer fees for utilities as well as you to have 100000 dollar insurance covering them however they say that the have NO responsibility to pay for any damages that they may incur, the current manager seems rather distant, there are several of the office staff that are great but the management is making it hard to justify the living arrangements, not bad apartments(not great but not bad), parking is reasonable sometimes a little short, the maintenance is pretty decent, there is a bug problem here occasionally, no grills of any kind allowed, all told a once nice place to live going in the crapper

This has been a great place to live! The staff are always helpful and friendly, the company all around is good. The maintenance guys get there in a timely fashion and have fixed everything we've needed and were also really friendly! They even fixed stuff that wasn't on their list of things to do that I asked them to when they came! The rent is good! The courtyards are fantastic, location is really close to Dodge express and if you're into running or biking there are a couple trails just blocks away, a couple parks, one park just up the street another a few blocks away. The apartments building entryways are cleaned monthly buy professional cleaning company, everything is in good condition. The apartments themselves are pretty sound proof (I've NEVER had a problem with neighbors noise or smell or anything!) It was a starting off point for me and it was a very good choice! I recommend this apartment complex!
