This is what happens when 'non technologists' make laws concerning technology - they just make things worse :(

31 days done - thanks to Zayne Ellis and Monique Songstress Ellis for keeping me strong at my granddaughter's baptism on the very last day smile emoticon. Now those who thought I'll give a £1,000 if he does it, need to click on the links and donate. The deed is done. I might let you all know how it went a little later.  https://www.gosober.org.uk/profile/benjaminellis

Blind recruiting is a con - not only does your name give away your social status - schools attended, address etc etc - They must think we are idiots - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-34616420
Candidates' names will be removed from university application forms from 2017, Prime Minister David Cameron has said.

Microsoft today ended support for old versions of Internet Explorer, including IE8, IE9, and IE10, as well as Windows 8. For the browsers, the company has also released a final patch (KB3123303) that includes the latest cumulative security updates and an "End of Life" upgrade notification.

Moodle 3 has arrived!!  "In fact it could easily have been 2.10 if not for the fact that the mathematicians and programmers amongst us can not tolerate that kind of numerical abuse.  :) "  - https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=323243

Teacher contracts probably have something to do with it.  Teachers working as supply staff have flexibility.  This leads us to the question as to whether schools in their present form are suitable for today's realities? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-34647833
Teachers' unions are warning that teacher shortages are costing schools hundreds of millions of pounds in temporary supply staff.

Scientific research implies that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit - with 25 days done - with no cheating whatsoever - I have the will not to return to that daily habit and intend to drink only for social reasons.  Having broken the smoking habit may years ago, what bad habit can I pick up now?  Any person with an ounce of sense will know that men need a bad habit - answers on a postcard please?  Oh, and get your hands in your pocket. https://www.gosober.org.uk/profile/benjaminellis
