I can't wait to activate this on my sprint account if i win, I've been rockin a the HTC ONE (m7) with a shattered screen for the past few months. I was hoping I could have used the "HTC Advantage" to get it fixed but they said no bueno when I called lol. Now I'm Hoping to use the MKBHD Advantage! ps: I just followed you on twitter via @JohnnyBGoodson So DOUBLE WINNIN ALL THE WAY!!! if i win :)

I'm curious what your phone looks like now as I am sure you've gotten a replacement by now. Mines cracked recently and I used the advantage to get the screen replaced. It is at HTC's facilities in Texas right now for repair :)

manager Michael was very unnecessarily rude to a number of his customers the first time I met him, he then proceeded to be rude and have a attitude as he took my info. The next day he continued to be unprofessional and once again rude when I asked a simple question over the phone. However I didn't feed into any of his negativity! I took my hard earned money and ran! The other employees and staff were nice and behaved professionally. Unfortunately I wouldn't trust their manager with a pet rock let alone my vehicle. He charged me $90 to tell me what I already knew, and wanted to charge me $751 to change my fuel pump (the pump it self he admitted to costing $75) apond research should cost at most $200 for my car. Regardless of the fee I might have gotten it serviced there if it was for the horrible customers service I received (so much so I had my car towed there and the next day towed back out) *update* so my mechanic I took it too afterwards tells me they unhooked everything so he had to rewire my whole system to get the car to run again lucky he's a friend of the family and didn't charge but I paid him anyway because he earned it! Funny that even the tow truck guy tried to warn me about this place. Smh.

My experience with them had ups and downs. But the manager Dan is a decent guy and he seems to care at least. But I'm not 100% confident to recommend or use them again. They promise a lot to get your business and once their done and have your money they don't have time for you. Perhaps they are just too busy and overwhelmed w/business.

The store is way too under staffed for the demands of Miami. It has been this way for a very long time mostly due to budget (not management as you would assume), and will likely remain this way for a very long time. Period. You can take it out on the staff that's there if you want, but trust me when its busy each and every person there is doing 12 jobs at once with no breaks (and I stress / no breaks + very long hours is the norm!) the majority of the time (way more than the average human can manage) working over time or off the clock for very little money just to keep that dysfunctional store running, and no one is ever just "standing around" unless they are new and clueless (and they wouldn't last long). The service is actually excellent there when the store is not busy and overwhelmed with Miami customers (many who require personal shoppers and expect someone to stay with them on the floor especially during times when the store busy and overwhelmed) did I mention this store is very under staffed.... If this changed it would make all the difference. You could put the most talented person in the world on the floor but they can't be on the floor and help with the line and be everywhere else they need to be in all 4-5 departments at once. That's just not humanly possible.

Service was quick and reliable, no complaints. They didn't have a the tires I was quoted online but they matched a similar pair for the same price however they were taller tires
