There are so many areas of "hidden tension" in the body...the jaw is one of them! Release some tension in your jaw in 5 minutes or less. Take the middle knuckle of your index finger and place it on your jaw, right below your ear lobe. Using circular motions (and some pressure), massage down your jawline until you reach your chin. Repeat once. Then do the same thing on the other side.
