This is the crux of the matter. Accept the End-User License Agreement and you open up the door to complete, rampant, spying on 'everything' you do with your PC.
Do you have a legal right to protect your Internet Privacy without reprisal? The answer is an emphatic 'YES'.
If you make that choice to use Windows, you have given up that right. You have no privacy. It's part of the EULA. Microsoft is an 'agent' or 'partner' with domestic and foreign governmental agencies who process your 'meta data', including the NSA, FBI, and CIA.
When you use open source operating system Linux and its repository of open source software applications, none of the above will happen. There is no 'rogue software' of any kind running in the background to monitor your activities which is directly part of the Operating System.Switch today to Linux.Privacy is your right. Own it.
