I like the area and the neighbors. The new management doesn't seem to be nice as expected. I walked in a couple of times in the office to drop rent or to speak with somebody and the lady sitting in the front won't even give a smile or greet you. She even passed me a couple of times acting like she hasn't seen me waiting for her to be recognized. An exact opposite of Jessica. The maintenance responds in a timely manner. The pool is disgusting and nasty. I hope they can do better.

Lived here for a year and renewed my lease. Very quiet community and not a large population of kids (I am teacher love kids but on the weekend like to be kid free). The space in apartment is adequate. They are pretty quick on repairs when you put them in. However, my AC request had to be put in several time because it worked a few days and them back to not cooling. I have had issue with is my alarm system when maintenance comes in the tend to set it off and I get calls from ADT about the alarm :( Have emailed several times and spoke with them but problem has continued. Hopeful this year will be better. Other than the alarm and AC situation it's a decent place to live. Oh one downfall for me is the dog and their waste. Owners must do a better job at cleaning up after their pets YUCK... Don't walk in the grass :(

Have lived here for 7 months and so far, so good. Though it's kind of far from town, it's nice and quiet, and we love that it's so close to Tom Brown Park. Floor plans are roomy and grounds are well cared for. If you get a free month when u move in they'll prorate it throughout the lease, so the rent isn't too terrible. Only downside is that I had to ask 3 times to have things repaired after we moved in. Pleased other than that, though.

Pools are filthy dirty with black mold. Floor Bottom is packed with hair, leaves, trash pieces, dead bugs. Even found a baby bird. New management doesn't xare. They just want your money!

Great place to live, unless you need maintenance. There seems to be a disconnect from the office staff, management and the maintenance crew. Office is unable to communicate simple requests and it can take a long time for response. Other than the maintenance issue it is a good place to live if you must live in an apartment community.
