Decent prices, but redhead man at register didn't even know how to put my name in the computer, rather spacey like he was confused on why I was there, and to get my blanket clean it takes a week.

Home Town Dry Cleaners does all of their work at their store, which doesn't happen any where else in Rexburg, that means I know where my clothes are and I can rush the service if I need to.

I brought them two suits, one with a small hole near the pocket to be fixed. I had good experiences with their cleaning and minor repair services in the past. I was told that my suits would be ready on Tuesday. I went there on Thursday morning (two days after the clothes should have been ready) and after they fumbled around a bit to find my clothes (which I could already guess were in a different place because of the pocket repair), they found my pants and told me that they had not "gone out" to be repaired yet. They told me I could wait a day, or they could do it right there by hand (which they said would take about an hour). I chose to still have the repair done by machine and returned about a week later to pick up all of the clothes. When I got home they called me and asked me to check the tags on my clothing to ensure that I didn't have someone else's clothes mixed in with mine. I can understand how that could happen, after all they deal with a lot of clothes. However, as the person greeted me on the phone they went, "Ohhhh, you're the one we...uh...that's why your name sounds familiar." I imagine that was a veiled reference to the earlier mix-up with the repair. Does any of this make them a bad dry-cleaner? No. Could their service, organization, and professionality be improved? I believe that it could be.
