The deposit and rent were affordable so I moved here. They advertise secure entries, but mine and most other apts locked entries are broken 90% of the time and when you report it to the main office, they claim they are unable to get the parts. I think it is false advertising to say they have secure entries to their apts. For the most part it is a family friendly quiet place and you get what you pay for. It was built in the 70's and you can especially tell by the plumbing. Every single shower you take will quickly turn from very hot to very cold depending on who else in the building is flushing their toilet or also taking a shower. The parking is very difficult here and we are now being told we have to get new stickers for our cars so they don't get towed. They did just spray for bugs which was good because we have had an ongoing ant problem. If you are really in a pinch for a place, you could get by for a year here, but its the kind of place that if you end up here, hopefully it is just a stepping stone to a much better place.
