I connect with this so much! When I get "in the zone," be that when walking, hiking, kayaking, painting, coloring, drawing, writing, singing, hula hopping, cooking dinner, meditating, star gazing, animal watching, engaging in effortless conversation, or snuggling with my children, I am completely without ego...completely without thought. I am in the moment and nothing else exists beyond the current experience, and in the moment I don't even recognize it is as experience because I am just being.
