former employee, never a customer and for good reasons. Let me start off by saying this is not my real name of course, its this so no one tries to quote "get me" for revealing what i know. ~~~Management~~~ Now, let me start off by saying that recent management has been sad. Ever have an employer that you wonder how in the world do they still have their position, cause i did. At Ruby Tuesdays theirs 2 managers on average their at a time,if not 1 or 3 managers, and they do their job acceptable. I personally never had a problem with manager Brandon or Jessica. The other female manager, lets call her "The B#%ch" , is a different story and the reason that her literal unspoken nickname when shes around(and said when shes not around) is because by just about all employees but other managers shes unkind and speaks at you. She speaks at you and always expects you to listen, never talking to you she just Talks At YOU. Unplesent, unkind, a bitch; words that more then descibe this unkind women. Just about every employee that speaks to her *cough* i mean gets Talked At and not talked to always ends about the same. They bite their lip, she walks away, she gets insulted by about every employee about how she was. Again never would have a problem if like the Other managers she would talk to u. How "The Bi#%h" ever became and stayed Head Manager is beyond me(and every other employee but the other managers). Within the time shes been at Ruby Tuesdays, about 3-4 people quit. ive spoken to 2 of those people who quit and they say the same thing, "I cant stand that bitch leya" oops i revealed who. "The Bit#%" never talks to you and if ur lucky enough she does, be amazed because shes just hiding the fact that shes, unkind, unpleasnt, and of course a "Bi#%h". Starting to see why its a fitting name we all gave her huh. I mean sht i even gave her a chance despite what everyone said, 3 weeks later im saying the same thing, "I cant stand that bitch leya". One time ,dont know if the other managers know this, because their was a rush and people seated she ran the DishWashing machine Without any of the cleaning solution and let people use those plates and silverware for dining. I was expected RT to close for the day. I was like yes early day off, but no.....lets cut corners, who cares if people get sick. Thats how it seemed that day and I NEVER let my family eat their after that, fk that. Now on to the FOOD::The food their was actually good. I ate 3 different occasions their and food was nice but no one knows i personally made sure my silverware and plate where acceptable by my standerds. Ribs were good, chicken was good, 3rd time i dont even remember what i ate but it was acceptable. The Staff::Cooks do their job, slack rarely. (and i mean RARELY), Salad Bar Prepares do their job good, no complaints, Dishwasher does their job and, like me, yesesss to death "The Bi#%h" and does whatever she says,Bartender does his/her job great,Bussers do their job good but the only one that really complains is "The B#$ch" ~~Overall i like the company, i hate just that one corrupt person, at the Ruby Tuesdays, in thomasville, NC-1044 Randolph St DONT GO THEIR if u want to thats your choice but all of you cant say you weren't forewarned about what you might have to deal with that day if she feels like cutting corners. If you dont mind that, good luck 2 you. As for any other Ruby Tuesday, your probably not dealing with a corrupt piece of garbage so yeah, those other places, probably worth dining at.

Can't understand why you have to wait for 15-20 minutes when I have counted over 20 booths being empty. I've been told the reason was kitchen was behind. Seems like to me we need more kitchen help or better management. Not a very good excuse for me. I also tried your sirloin twice wasn't very good either time. Too tough too much fat. I really like your salad bar, but would like to see more fruit with different kinds.

Our family had planned our Christmas Eve get together, including a trip to a 7PM church service which was to last only about an hour, and which was to be followed by a quick meal ‘on the town.’ Knowing this, my brother-in-law had called numerous restaurants in Winston Salem, High Point, and Thomasville to be certain what options we would have for grabbing a meal, afterwards. These calls were placed just a couple days earlier, and Ruby Tuesday in Thomasville was one of the restaurants that indicated they would be open until 9PM. We decided to eat there. Our party of 6 adults left the service at around 8PM and drove to Ruby Tuesday, arriving at 8:20PM. When we got to the doors, they were locked! There was a staff member in the foyer, cleaning, who said, “We’re closed.” We explained that we had called, beforehand, and were told that they would be open until 9PM, to which she responded, “I’m sorry.” When we said that that was not acceptable, she went back inside and returned with a male dressed in ‘management attire’ who opened the doors and asked if he could help us. We again explained that a call was placed just a couple of days earlier and that we were told they would be serving until 9PM, to which he remarked, “Well, we closed-down the bar and the kitchen about 20 or 30 minutes ago.” [which means they shut down operations over an hour early!] He said he would seat us, though, and that they would do their best to honor our menu requests. As we stepped just inside the second set of doors, he asked us to wait while he fixed us a table. Immediately after he walked away, one of the female employees dressed in a black outfit (Server? Hostess?) standing behind the bar looked towards us and loudly said, “Who let them in?!” Nobody responded, and she came from behind the bar and began walking towards us, and again stated (even more loudly and angrily), “WHO LET THESE PEOPLE IN?!!” Foreseeing problems and hoping to stave off a confrontation, I held up my hand and said, “Don’t worry, we’re leaving.” She responded, “Good!” I can certainly understand anyone having to work on Christmas Eve wishing to be able to leave as quickly as possible, but the attitude, the tone of voice, and the confrontational and completely unprofessional manner evidenced by this employee (and all those around her, who simply glared at us) is reproachable and unacceptable. We have eaten at this establishment on a number of prior occasions, but would have been afraid to stay on this visit! Who can imagine the treatment we would have continued to receive, or the ‘embellishments’ that might have been added to any food we ordered?! Needless to say, not only will we never return, but will also caution all of our friends, neighbors, and community/social affiliates to stay far, far away! We are considering a call to corporate about this experience. Clearly, there are issues at this location, from management all the way down. Nobody involved with public relations---- let alone a restaurant!---- should ever present such a front to their customer base. (Please consider that we were all well-dressed, having just come from a church service, and our small group of six were all between the ages of 18 and 67.) Had we not immediately left, who knows what type of a result would have ensued? I honestly question whether or not there might have been a physical confrontation…the one employee was clearly THAT ANGRY. In nearly 30 years of traveling the country, I have NEVER witnessed such behavior, and am absolutely shocked that it is apparently condoned in this establishment. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Thomasville NC: Screaming music too loud! Could not enjoy my meal. Service getting worse with each visit. Servers don't refill tea. I had to ask for more tea and she only had 2 tables! Why does a restaurant think they need to play music so loud you cannot carry on a normal conversation without hollering.

One of the best chain restaurants in the South. I am proud of ours here. Very consistent quality and service. Love the steaks and all the sandwich selections.

Too bad the previous poster wouldn't put a name to themselves - that's always a sign of integrity. Table for four, dinner was excellent tasting, well presented and served superbly. We had an excellent hour long dinner with friends and even managed to catch the ISS passing! Props all around, Ruby Tuesday is a nice place to eat, and this experience just enforced that feeling. "A Google User" you are probably a good riddance.

Amazing food at decent prices. Even better? .... The bartender of course. Very friendly and prompt to cater to you. The best place to dine in Thomasville for sure

Service was horrible. Waitress was slower than molasses in winter and had the personality of a worn out shoe and was as dumb as one too . If you like refills and fast service do not, I repeat DO NOT waste your time.
