I'm giving this 2 stars only because David's Bridal langley doesn't even deserve any stars, but David's Bridal in Burlington WA deserves 4 stars. I went in with an appt on a sunday. I took my mom and my sister (MOH). The consultant was so busy with another bride with 6 BMs that I was relegated to a corner and my mom and sister had to sit around the corner. The consultant then proceeded to try to shove me into the most elaborate dresses ever when I asked for simple, tea length, vintage style. I ended up in something that looked like an upside down cupcake. I looked at her and said "So barbie decided to puke all over this eh?" after telling her repeatedly that it wasn't something I wanted. She was so demanding that I put it on, that I put it on, came out and my mom and sister promptly fell over laughing their asses off. The consultant was so offended that we didn't like the dress, she handed me an ipad, told me to find something I liked, then vanished. I didn't see her for the rest of the 45 mins we were in the store. After that debacle, I decided to give it a try in Burlington. The vibe and attitude of the store was drastically different. Amanda was amazing, picking everything that I asked for and let me try on anything I wanted. I bought my dress that day and went back for the bride'smaids dresses. One con though is that the alterations woman was so rude and didn't want to do the alterations we asked for, when we were repeatedly told that we could do them. If you're going in for 1 dress, it's a great experience. If you want more order them there, but take them to be altered somewhere else. It's a rip off. Over all experience was that I would have rather gone somewhere else for the alterations, but a $400 wedding dress can't be beat.
