Currently I am a photo editor with the Chicago Tribune, where I specialize in multimedia, including audio and video production, and online visual presentations. Before becoming a photo editor with the Chicago Tribune I was the head of the photography department at The News Press in Fort Myers, Florida. I've been a staff photographer with newspapers in Florida, Indiana and Texas. As a freelance photographer I covered stories in Haiti, Mexico and Nicaragua, where I resided at the time. At Indiana University in Bloomington I studied photojournalism under Wil Counts and John Alhauser. I graduated from I.U. with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Business.
