The food was good, and staff were efficient and polite. I can see why this place is a favorite. I'm rating four stars because we found the food to be good and we liked it, but it was not five star "great." This is just our first time there, and no complaints. By the way, compared to other SW's we have eaten at (Des Moines), I would say this one larger and had a nicer outdoor area. The patio appeared to be the place to be that day.

The Lasagna is AMAZING. I eat here and order it every time I come to Omaha. I suppose you could sit and nit pick at their sauces but in reality the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. The Salad bar usually comes with the meal and for any that state it was a joke..... its salad! What did you expect? Keep doing what you do Spaghetti works!

How does one make bad spaghetti? If you absolutely need an "adventure," this is the place to find bad spaghetti. No joke. The wait staff was extremely nice, but just returning from a smoke break so everything smelled like cigarettes. I would cherish a visit from chef Ramsey.

Worst experience ever at a restaurant!! Do not go to this location! I had gone on Father's Day with my parents (Who I only see once a month), my aunt and uncle (Who I see once to twice a year. They also picked the restaurant because they don't have it where they live.), my husband, and my sister and her boyfriend as well as the boyfriends parents. It was supposed to be a nice Father's Day meal, but it wasn't!! We were only a group of 10 (there were much larger groups there that day) and it took over 15 minutes to receive our drinks. It took almost 45 minutes to receive our food. Every thing looked great and we started to eat. I get about 5 bites through my chicken alfredo and notice there is a hair in my pasta. I investigate it a little bit and notice it is wrapped around and though a piece of broccoli. It was black, straight hair. I don't have black, straight hair and I was very puzzled as to how my hair could get there seeing as it was on the bottom of my plate covered with the rest of the meal.. I wasn't going to mention anything but everyone said I should really make the waitress aware of the situation. When the waitress came to drop of the checks I told her that there was a hair in my pasta and showed her and she took it directly to the manager. This is where things got worse and has made me decide I will never be back to this location ever again. The manager came out and said, "Just so you know, there is a $2.00 charge for the extra protein added to your meal." Really?? That's how you address this? I had then replied, "That is not funny nor something to joke about. It's disgusting." He agreed that it was disgusting and apologized for his comment. His apology was far from sincere and I can't accept an apology for something that should NEVER be said to a customer! The way he treated the situation and tried to "play" with it to me is how employees would act when a manager or supervisor is not around. This shouldn't have been how the manager of the establishment acted. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other location or a different restaurant who actually cares for their customers.

We always make it a point to stop here whenever we are in Omaha. The salad bars are on tin lizzies and the ceiling fans are all ran by this giant continuous belt. The staff is decent. The food is pretty good. Just a fun place to pop into for lunch for a bowl of pasta and a beer.

We wanted a quick lunch and decided on the pepperoni pizza thin crust and it was delicious. The crust was cooked perfectly and the sauce was not heavy at all. We are in town for a wedding and if we have time I would like to go back for another pizza. Great place with good prices.
