I've been to one before, years ago and was unimpressed, but this one in Omaha, was great. They missed one of my sauces on my combo spaghetti order (I got two out of three), but the service was great, and the sauce was delicious, definitely Italian and flavorful. I'd visit again and would recommend it. The price is a little steep, but the free refills make up for it, and I appreciated not being rushed by the waiter through my meal.

My wife and three children ate their for lunch during the weekday and it was a good, but not great experience. Lots of food for the price and its high quality. Again, good but not great. One of my kids ordered chicken fingers but was brought a pizza, which was fine as she's not picky, so we kept the pizza. To make amends for that minor oversight, the waitress brought out a side order of spaghetti in a to-go box for the kids to eat for dinner some other time ... I viewed that gesture as unnecessary, but very appreciated. Salad bar was also above average. Would recommend to anyone, especially folks with children.

Long wait for food (over an hour), spaghetti was to watery and not enough sauce. The gluten free chicken strips were below fast food quality. The server was great though, kept the drinks full and checked on the food frequently.

The food was good, and staff were efficient and polite. I can see why this place is a favorite. I'm rating four stars because we found the food to be good and we liked it, but it was not five star "great." This is just our first time there, and no complaints. By the way, compared to other SW's we have eaten at (Des Moines), I would say this one larger and had a nicer outdoor area. The patio appeared to be the place to be that day.

This is the second time going to the location downtown that my husband has gotten food poisoning and now after last night's visit both my husband and I have been terribly sick. I will never return to this location and don't recommend any one to ever visit this location. They feel that it would not and could not have been their food and only try to make it better by giving coupons to visit again. Why in the hell would I go back when I got this sick? Also the food didn't come out warm and the sauce was incorrect on my pasta. Best advice is to stay away!

If you absolutely need an "adventure," this is the place to find it. The wait staff was extremely nice, but just returning from a smoke break so even the garlic bread smelled like Benson & Hedges. And If I worked there, I'd do the same thing.

I really liked this place, it is bottomless pasta, bread, and a salad bar all for a very reasonable price. I did not enjoy the service, we asked multiple times for refills and she never brought them, we ordered another round of pasta and it came out wrong, she was not very attentive and definitely slow! And the manager came and took the silverware off our table to give it to someone else! The food is average what makes it good is the price and the fact that it is all you can eat with a salad bar. I would not expect anyone going above and beyond there.

I went to Spaghetti Works Downtown for my birthday dinner with my husband's side of the family. The place was busy for a Thursday night. We were worried we wouldn't get a table, but we walked in and were seated right away. The waiter was great! He refilled our Italian Sodas 4 times.
