Introduction

There is an inseparable relationship between fitness and nutrition. In fact, we feel that you cannot have health in the absence of either. A realistic approach to exercise and eating comes from a functional methodology. Krista brings this ideology into her training at Teewinot Fitness by incorporating elements that extend beyond the gym, and take into consideration balance, core strength, endurance, and fun. Fitness as a lifestyle means incorporating movement as a way of life, whether through outdoor sports, dancing, or other physical activity. Regular movement lends to longevity and quality of life.

Nutrition at InSite Wellness is presented from a very similar philosophy. Food and the role it plays in the general health of any individual must reflect a realistic complement to all the other elements of a productive life. Understanding your history and preferences for food in addition to your goals and health considerations is the key to identifying effective changes that work for you. Using nutrition to replenish and fuel your body for whatever demands you choose to incorporate into your life is the most logical solution.

Teewinot Fitness and InSite Wellness are partnered in celebration of health and wellness. As experts in exercise, general health, and performance, we want all of our clients and readers to benefit from our shared resource.
