The great thing about soup is that there are so many "choice's" you have.impact on your eating habits with these collection recipe. Ingredient that's sure to make this a favorite in your kitchen. First fill pot a little over half full sit stove to number six you do not want it to be to high the water will evaporate to fast keep it on number six. Let the water boil you can use whole chicken or pieces of chicken put it in the water . Add Two tablespoon or chicken base one teaspoon of salt and let it cook for one & half hour,s then add one cup of white rice or yellow rice.I like the yellow rice it give's it more "flavor" Let it cook for 20 min turn off stove then take two eggs & put it in a blender turn it on low let it go for 15-20 seconds then one & half cups of soup, juice & three lemons, not lemon juice it will change the taste! use real lemons it taste better. Let it blend for 15-20 seconds than pour it in & stir it slowly not to fast make sure you do it slow & soup is ready to serve. It is a great recipe to enjoy anytime!

Salad's are one of the most "healthy" thing's you can eat! Everything you eat in a salad is healthy for you. It's nice to change up when you eat the same salad's all the time. I taken some of our favorite salad recipes and created better- version So I made my own salad! It's called the Andrewk Steak salad creation great for many occasions..impact your eating sensational salad recipe with lunch or dinner habits great collection recipe.

# 1 1/2 pound beef flank steak, 2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash All purpose seasoning no pepper 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, #2 Get large bowl mix get 12 inch nonstick skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil, over medium heat. Add beef; cover & cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until desired done.
# 3 Remove beef from skillet to cutting board; cover with foil & let rest 5 minutes. Then Cut beef into thin bite-size piece's.
# 4 Take one large salad bowl one whole lettuce,run it though cold water cut an 1/2 than cut it into bite size piece's,put into bowl the other half you are not going to use.
# 5 Take one whole cabbage,run it though cold water cut it in half than cut into bite size piece's, put into bowl the other half you are not going to use.
# 6 One red onion, cut in half than clean it well than cut it into bite size piece's put into bowl the other half you are not going to use.
# 7 Than take 1/4 cup of black olive's, put into bowl.
# 8 1/2 cup of beacon bites, put into bowl.
# 9 Three steak tomatoes, rinse under cold water cut it into bite size piece's put into bowl.
# 10 One Feta cheese, cut in half than cut into bite size piece's put into bowl.
# 11 1 bag(6 oz) washed fresh baby spinach leaves, 1/4 cup tangy tomato beacon dressing,put into bowl mix well.
#12 Take one whole egg, cut in half put into bowl.
# 13 One whole avocado, cut into bite size piece's put into bowl
# 14 Eat!
