There was nothing about the entire experience I did not like. Everyone was courteous and most helpful. My specialist Mr. Jackson was knowledgeable and kind. I bought a 2016. I have NEVER had a brand new car. I usually purchased cars in cash or after they have been on the road a few years. The deal, the warranty, and the gas mileage sold me. Once again, I would recommend anyone going to see Mr. Jackson at the Rivergate location.

I was ready for a car upgrade and had heard Carnival Kia was the place to go to get a no hassle deal. I was looking at used cars, but after going over my needs for reliability, realized a new car would be my best bet. I was assisted by Preston and he was great! He worked well with me and made sure I had everything I needed. It was my first time purchasing a new car and everyone was very nice to me and my family. They even called the next day to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any questions. My entire experience so far has been awesome and I couldn't be happier!

I would not recommend buying a car from here I only bought a car because of the 10 year 100000 mile warranty they claim they offer I had a good credit score & I was already approved through capital one & had my letter & information through Capital One to get financed well they decided to run my finances through there bank 5 times this cause my credit to drop 75 points & I also wanted to upgrade on the tires and rims because I did not like the factory ones and they offered me a 10,000 mile road hazard with the tires once I got home two of the back tires had screws in them the tires was low when I purchase the car and they said it just needed air & up & I had a road hazard warranty don't worry about it I went to take the car back to get the tires fixed and they tried to charge me nearly $500 this place really scammed me& thought I was getting the vehicle for 16500 but my loan was 21000 I have called numerous times and left messages to speak with a supervisor or manager & I promise I will get a phone call within 24 hours and its been over a month & still they would not respond this place I wouldn't recommend it for anyone

I had scheduled service for my car. When I get to the service dept, I am told my name is not listed for having an appointment but they would still be able to take care of me. So I explain what I wanted to have done, oil change, tires rotated, and a new battery. I have my husband pick me up from the dealership to pass up time for these items to be taken care of. 4 hours pass and Kia hadn't called yet stating to let me know if my cat was ready. I call twice and leave the phone ringing and ringing but no one in the service dept answers. Since I was nearby I decide to stop back in to see how much longer this would take. I am informed oh my car is almost done. It will be ready in 5 minutes. 45 minutes pass and I'm still waiting. My husband goes to see what the hold up is and yet he's told again it will be 5 minutes. After another 30 minutes we are finally ready to leave. I have continued to have my car serviced here for years but the lack of urgency and having to make plans that will take up an entire day so your car can have basic maintenance done to it is no longer acceptable to me. I also didn't appreciate the sales rep trying to sell me a car as I'm waiting in the service lounge for my car to be taken care of. I love my car but will go elsewhere for maintenance. It shouldn't take nearly 6 hours for basic service.

The man was very nice , he took the time out of his day off to help me. I really appreciate that. I wasn't pressured or stressed, everything went smoothly. It was a really great ,outstanding service.

Unfortunately I had to rate Kia a 1. I don't like to do this and this is way out of my norm. I have had several instances where the blonde lady at the front was very rude to me and tried to add things to my service that were unnecessary and was just going to cost me extra money in the end. This particular instance was the worst. And I have vowed never to own a Kia again because of this trip (well multiple trips) to the service department. My door handle fell off of my 2013 Kia optima... So I take it to them and she says its going to be a 2 hour wait. And I asked her to see if they had the part in stock so that I didn't have to wait 2 hours just to find out a piece is not in stock. She argued with me and said no I can't do that. I said you can't look on your computer and tell me if a piece is in house or not? She said well yes but you're going to have to wait. I insisted she check for me because I figured they wouldn't have the piece so I wanted to order the piece and be on my way. Finally she says "well fine then, we'll do things your way!" She looks it up and low and behold they don't have the piece. So I say OK can you order it for me and I will come back. Once again she says no you will have to wait and they can see you later. With much ado I finally convinced her to "do things my way".. Order the piece and let me come back. She tells me the piece is not recalled but she could order it and have it there and painted by Tue. So we made an appointment for that following Tues. Come Tues some man contacts me and says we have your piece do you want to come in and have it put on. I said well I have an appointment today and he said OK. So I drive up there assuming my door is going to be repaired. Much to my dismay I got the run around again. I waited for an hour just for the guy to come tell me it wasn't the right piece. And I said that woman specifically made sure that was the right one. Well he brings it back later on and says well this is the right piece but they haven't painted it yet. Great! So now I've waisted my time driving up there twice just to find out I have to come back! Needless to say I wasn't a happy customer.

I love this place and my new Kia Forte. Arthur was amazing and spent so much time helping me pick the right vehicle for me. Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond. I will buy all my future vehicles here and have already recommended Arthur and Carnival Kia of Rivergate to everyone I know. Thank you so much for everything! Judy Crawford Just traded my Forte for a new Optima. So excited. Arthur is always in contact. His follow up is excellent. He's friendly and knowledgeable and doesn't rush through a deal. Universal Kia madison was just amazing!!.. Fredrick Jackson was an amazing salesperson he treated us great and showed us many options i high recommend you go see him he will take care of you
