Why People Prefer to Manage Their Alarm Systems from Their Smartphone.

It's yet another reason to pick up your smartphone . . . as though you needed one. We pretty much have our entire lives on these things. Now that smartphones have become like mini personal computers, we navigate our social media, calendars, and emails from our phone. Not to mention the countless other reasons we keep our smartphones nearby (news apps, GPS, YouTube surfing, Netflix binging, music apps . . . need we say more?).

With so much of our lives already on our smartphone, it is no surprise that Mobile Access has become our customer's favorite way to manage their security systems.

Read our blog and learn the top 3 reasons our customers keep telling us they love having smartphone access to their alarm systems:

Criminals On Camera

It's time for burglars to make a career change. It's simply become more difficult than ever to get away with crimes. As more people are attaching affordable video surveillance cameras to their alarm systems, it has become easier to identify intruders. But that's not the only reason for burglars to change vocations. The other big reason is that victims are fighting back; exposing intruders and their crimes by posting break-in footage on the internet for the whole world to see.

Sweating the Small Stuff

We recently received a phone call from one of our customers thanking us for calling her about a power failure. When we had called her, she had been puzzled as to the cause of the trouble signal and went to her circuit breaker to find answers. To her surprise, the circuit breaker itself had caught on fire! With quick action, she was able to extinguish the fire before it could spread further and cause more damage.

She called us back to explain what had happened, saying she was grateful. Our routine phone call about a simple A/C failure, she said, had saved her home.

To read more about why trouble signals are important too, click on this link to our blog article here:
