Guido: “I do not care to interpret or distort reality, or images taken from reality, I’m interested in an alternate reality."
Guido Morelli is a contemporary Italian artist, whose art doesn’t conform to any one style, school, or category.
Through his entire artistic career Guido has been searching for creative freedom, striving to break away from traditional techniques. The result of this research, that has no end, are his oil and mixed media paintings.
Complex and intellectual in their simplicity, they evoke familiar forms without complicating them with details.

Where the White Flowers Grow
Aug 5 – 26 at EWFA - Bigham

Fascinated by the color white in nature, three female artists work in non-traditional mediums to create fresh,
contemporary masterpieces.

British paper-maker Gill Wilson uses raw plant fiber to create geometric layered patterns.

Russian artist Irina Lilja has perfected the XVIII century art of sculpturing porcelain flowers.

American photographer Debby Krim captures the intricate details and the play of light on magnified flower petals.
