Fight Club

It's about loss of identity, I think. And the consumer rat race and the desire to create a better world but feeling like our current civilization must be brought to its knees first. Is this what you remember film the movie? (I don't.)

Except everyone breaks the first rule of Fight Club, including the founder(s). Otherwise it could not have grown.
Nah he just brought them along and showed them. He didn't talk about it so much.
Perhaps. But other Fight Club members certainly broke their promised silence. I know this because it's discussed in the book.
