To anyone planning on vacationing in Las Vegas, DO NOT STAY AT THE MANOR SUITES! Of all the places I've stayed at in Las Vegas, (which extends to the Emerald Suites, Bally's and Luxor) the Manor Suites on Las Vegas Blvd. South wins the award for worst extended stay, apartment alternatives I've ever stayed at. The Manor Suites is on a first come, first serve basis, therefore reserving a lot is not an option. Despite being fortunate, moving into Manor Suites' only vacant suite on the weekend of July 10, 2015, after an otherwise EXCELLENT stay at the Luxor, the only two good things the Manor Suites has is their friendly staff, and being centrally located to a gas station, some neighboring restaurants, and a shopping center, all within walking distance. It is of note that you're less than three miles away from Mandalay Bay, and the Delano. I wish my opinions of this place were more positive, as the room smelled like something comparable to burnt, corn tortillas and cigarette smoke. The carpeting and linoleum is dirty to the point of blackening the soles of your bare feet if on it for five minutes. The suite's bed had an old, stiff and uncomfortable mattress with loud springs, and was atop two twin-sized box springs. Upon moving into the suite, the toilet had a faulty water valve, causing it to drain incessantly, until I had maintenance replace the water valve and flusher, after the flusher was rendered useless one evening. The Ethernet port in the room my girlfriend and I stayed at was intermittent, and I had to place my Ethernet cable in a specific way in order to establish a connection on their decent network. The walls are so paper thin that you can practically hear any and every activity that goes on outside your room, which even extends to the parking lot ACROSS THE STREET. It should also be of note that I was able to hear a domestic dispute in progress, including, but not limited to a window shattering on the pavement, outside of the room, where the dispute happened. Our stay at the Manor Suites was sub part at best, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Like Manor Suites sister property which I have stayed at several times, Manor offers low weekly rates but with a better location. Sportman's is kind of ghetto in comparison with Manor. Manor is right on the strip just down the street actually from the mandalay bay. The amenities are nice, rooms are in fact mostly furnished. I mean they have a TV, sink, fridge, couch, and more. Don't go in thinking they will have silverware or cups because they don't but I'm not sure why you would want to share things like that at a hotel. Seems gross. The service was well above average. I was greeted warmly when I first arrived and they took care of me quickly. My overall experience was and keep in mind I was only there for a few days, was very good.

Cheap, stayed in a new room, service was good, not a bad location either. The only problem I had was with some noisy tenants but I guess that's what I get for staying on the strip which I wanted to do anyways.

My husband and I's time at Manor Suites was one we will never forget. Our home had just been foreclosed on and we were basically homeless. We knew a friend that worked at manor who told us about the weekly rates so we gave it a shot. I can't say we were excited to live at a weekly apartment but what other choicses did we have with our credit now in the tank. We were at manor for almost a year starting at the end of 2013. The rooms were decent. They are some what fully furnished. I mean they have a fridge, micro, sink, tables and chairs, a tv, bed, and some other furniture. I can't say it was the nicest stuff but it got us by. We had some nice neighbors, some we still talk to and some, to be nice, crappy neighbors. You get a mixed bag at a weekly. The staff was very nice and helped us out a lot with timely service and just being friendly overall. I know they deal with a lot at these kinds of places but they always seemed to have a smile on their face. If you're coming from a lavish lifestyle then manor isn't the place for you, if you're down on your luck and need a place to rest your head for a while like we did, manor will get you by.

Manor Suites location is what attracted me and my family. It's right down the street from the strip and right across the street from Town Square. Plus the Giant Outlet Mall is just south. Also you can't beat the prices. We will be back :)

Very nice place. Only disappointment was internet service was slower than dial-up!
