Burgers were greasy, fries were not cooked, and way too many onions. Not worth the money

I agree with last two reviewers. My first time there and the girls behind the counter were so over-the-top unfriendly and depressing it was intimidating. No acknowledgment of us at all even as we are standing right ion front of them. It was not busy but took 30 min. to get 3 burgers and fries. Then the burgers were barely luke warm and the fries cold. On top of that-they want to charge for refills- you could get an angus burger meal from mcdonald's for a better price, quality of food, and free refills!

I've been a customer at Harden's since I was in high school and it was located on 15th street. The restaurant still has a great atmosphere with all the cool nostalgia, but the service has really gone downhill, unless you are helped by Rick (the owner) himself. My experience has been that the girls working the counter/drive thru are not very friendly or helpful. The burgers are dry and not as good as they used to be. The fries are so-so.

One of the best local hamburger diners in Tulsa. A lot of flare is packed into this little place. The burgers are good and big. I got the chili burger with onion rings. You have to use a knife and fork and watch out for the mess. The chili is delicious and the burger is great. My wife got the hamburger steak dinner. It comes with fries, coleslaw and Texas toast. The steak is loaded with caramelized onions that add a lot of flavor to the meat. If you want a good meal, this is the place. Service was quick and they have daily specials and coupons (which we used) on their website.

The food in this diner is usually pretty good. The problem is the service. We work late, so we have to hurry to get there before they close at the odd time of 7:45. We basically just have to take whatever they have left. If they have a special, they always run out of it. If the weather turns bad ( for instance if it rains ) they close early. The last time we called they were out of mashed potatoes (again) which is supposed to be on the Wed. night special. We won't eat there again, bad service, bad attitudes, bad experience one too many times.
