Political junkie, book-a-holic, arts loving, NPR listening proud liberal. (Notice I do not shun the word liberal)
Life is funny, it has twists and turns that you never expect. Coming back to NY was not in my life plan. Living in Washington, DC and teaching political science was a pretty amazing experience and I will always consider myself a Washingtonian but as I said, life is funny. My plan was to go back to DC once my niece graduated and pick up my life. That plan changed when I met my now husband so I am now living in red-thinking Broome County, NY where my political views are not appreciated. I am often the only Democrat at the table even though I live in a reliably Blue state.
