Don't really know which way to start. Facility cleanliness was above average. I stayed here for a quick in and out trip from Missouri to get my mothers estates reviewed as I am her POA and take in a pirates game with an old friend. Also on the plus side is the basic wireless that comes with room. Very happy with bandwidth in my room. Was able to stream baseball from MLB package and Netfliix on my phone at least. That ends the good I can see with this overpriced motel. Three reasons which aren't asking for the moon to make a better value option. #1. Now how hard is it to have the Pittsburgh Pirates game available in room. Kind of dumbfounded that I couldn't see the Pirates broadcast on the TV in my room. Dude, they are giving a good look at a World Series this year. I was here last year and same thing happened then. This is Pittsburgh for Petes sake! #2. Why do I have to pay 11-13 dollars per day to park in hotel parking lot. First I had heard of this parking "TAX" while staying here. #3.The TV's in the rooms somehow won't allow changing inputs so playing any games or watching Netflix is not allowed. I inquired why and just got same old generic answer. The food is extremely overpriced here at hotel so a big dissapointment was had by our crew. I could not advise anyone to stay based my experiences. This is my last time here.

I figured that staying here would include free parking, as we were going to San Francisco for 10 days. Instead, they told me it would be $25 a day! So, I ended up moving my car (in the rain) about 200 yards to the airport's long-term parking for $8 a day. For the price, nothing really stood out about this place. Next time, we will just stay further away at a place with free parking and an airport shuttle.

I wouldn't suggest to stay here to anyone! The beds weren't comfortable at all and the rooms weren't anything special, could have got a better room down the street for half the price!

I had set up direct billing to our company for a guest who was not to be charged on his personal account for his stay. Even though I received a guarantee of payment arrangements in the confirmation email and a verbal confirmation of the payment arrangement the day of check-in, our guest was charged on his personal account for this stay. Advice to business owners bringing in guests: DO NOT USE THE HYATT!

I remember staying here for a week, all expenses paid by the company I worked for... so I can train someone who just came on board to work in my position. This hotel was probably not even 10 miles away from the office building, so I was able to take the complimentary shuttle each time. I didn't need to rent a car during my entire stay. The shuttle even brought me to Wal-Mart at night when I forgot to pack some toiletries (and my hair brush!) Everything about the room was pristinely clean. I enjoyed my stay there. The only downside is... I'm used to La Quinta's complimentary breakfast. Here, you always have to order room service or buy food at their cafe area downstairs. No complaints I guess. Yeah... no need for transportation when going to the airport. This hotel was ATTACHED to the airport. When it was ready for me to leave, I just up and left. :) Easy peasy. :)

I had a flight delay that forced me to stay in Pittsburgh on Aug 26th. After scouting for hotel options, settled for Hyatt as it offered a walking solution to terminal in the morning. (other hotels would mean taxi in the early morning). The hotel was simply great. Front desk staff were very helpful. I had the best experience in the restaurant. I was running a severe headache. The host in the restaurant was very kind and brought the dinner quickly. It tasted great and so were her kind words. My headache got relieved without taking any advil. Morning check out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel anyday for the overall customer centricity.

I Pricelined the room for $50 a night that's the only reason I stayed here and still got somewhat of a deal for my money. Absolutely crazy that they make you park in long term parking in the hotel section that cost $13 a day and internet at hotel is $10 a day which is complete bullshit. Would never stay here if I didn't Priceline room for what I did.

Wedding servers were professional, and good looking, food was outstanding. Only difficult item was parking, made a wrong term into a long term lot, but that was rectified simply by going to the exit and the attendant saw that I was only in the lot for 4 minutes, so I went through and then finally found the correct lot for the Regency ballroom. The Mediterranean Chicken was outstanding, never had tried it before, and the rice dish was excellent too.

Good day Chip, thank you very much for your detailed review and 5 star rating. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the service and food at the wedding, and that you were able to negotiate your way to parking in the airport lot. We appreciate your comments and hope to see you again in the future. Chris Palid – Director of Rooms Christopher.Palid@hyatt.com
