My wife applied the Citizenship on her own since we thought it would be a simple process. It went smooth till she received 2nd interview notice. She was asked to provide information for the past 20 years. It was weird and we felt nervous. We started to search for the attorney for consultation over the internet and luckily we found Ms. Ellen Ma Lee. The first time we met her in her office, her knowledge, kindness and understanding impressed us and we thought she was the right person we looked for. She went thoroughly with us for my wife's case, and later on, she accompanied my wife to go through a long, tough interview. My wife got the notice for oath ceremony few weeks later after the 2nd interview and she couldn’t be happier. It was all because of Ellen and it was our luck to find her to represent my wife. By the way, Ellen and her office assistants were very thoughtful. My wife got the interview notice right before 2014 Christmas and the interview was scheduled a week after 2015 New Year. I thought it was hard to arrange the meeting during the holiday season but the office assistant and Ellen arranged 2 meetings, one on next day after Christmas and the other one on New Year’s Eve.

Attorney Lee walked with me through on what to expect from my interview up to arriving at the USA. With the help Ms. Ana Cruz, who helped me a lot about the process and the requirements that are needed. Both people are approachable and easy to talk to. They are very accommodating and addresses your concerns. It is because of them that I had a very smooth process and ready for the any unexpected event. I highly commend them for the services that they give with their clients. For sure, that I will use there services the next time I need any legal concerns.

Atty. Ellen Lee and Ms. Elsa Garcia have both been very supportive during the visa process. They helped us in organizing our paper works and prepped us before the interview. They were very prompt in giving updates and answering our questions and for that we will forever be grateful. All the best for such an amazing team.

Anybody who has dealt with USCIS knows that immigrating to the U.S. is a long and tedious process. During those many years, I have dealt with many immigration attorneys and I can easily say that The Law Offices of Carl Shusterman is the best immigration law firm that I have dealt with. I retained the firm for my N-400 application. I have a legal issue in the past which could complicate things. This law firm is professional, staffed with super attorneys and won't promise you something they can't deliver. After signing the retainer, paralegal Elsa Garcia helped me with putting together the N-400 application. Atty Ellen Ma Lee was assigned to handle my case. I couldn't be happier because I’ve heard a lot of good things about her expertise in the area of naturalization. Not only is Ellen highly meticulous and experienced in her work, but she also knows what the USCIS officers are looking for. She navigated my N-400 through the USCIS red tape with ease and today I am, a US Citizen. Not only do I think Ellen is a gifted attorney, she is also very responsive – a combination that is hard to find these days. The only regret I have is not retaining this law firm sooner.

I want to thank Ellen, Elsa and Mr. Carl Shusterman for helping me to get through my green card process successfully. I would like to add special appreciation towards Ellen and Elsa and I must mention that they both make a great team. Two lawyers from "LA's Best Lawyers" list denied to accept my case. Then I came across Mr. Shusterman's office through internet search. I thought about reading reviews and when I opened the review page I was astonished by the number of review he has - there were hundreds of reviews and all were positive, so I decided to see him in person. And after talking to him in person I was really happy and was also sure that no one else can help me, but his team. I received my permanent resident card few weeks ago because of the help I got from this office. Ellen is a very confident attorney. She also accompanied me to my interview. Elsa was always quick in responding to my concerns and was always up to date regarding my case. I would also like to mention that this office is not about pocketing your money(actually their service is really affordable when compared to the quality of other offices with same caliber). They are really hard working people with best brains. I feel really lucky to find them. Once again thanks everyone, you guys are are the "Best" as it says everywhere - magazines, internet etc. I definitely recommend this office to all the people out there who are in need of immigration help. And Ellen thanks for all the support you have provided me throughout the process. I will stay in touch with you guys. Thanks
